Ingredients are missing, no sour cream, no lettuce, half of one of the burrito bowls food is missing. I’m very upset after spending almost 40 dollars for this food just to get scraps. Tried to reach out to the store, no easy access. There needs to be repercussions for stuff like this. Thanks.

Not only was my wife’s order not ready when we arrived, but she was also asked to wait an additional 15 minutes past the quoted pickup time. When she politely asked about the status of her order, she was met with an unpleasant attitude instead of a simple explanation.
She was then told to get back in line just to request a side of vinaigrette. The container she was given was only about one-quarter full. When she asked if it could be filled properly, she was told they would charge her double to do so. While she was standing there, the employee spoke to coworkers in front of her and other customers about how “ridiculous” it would be to fill the container more.
The vinaigrette has always been included at no charge in our experience, and we have never been charged for it before. However, this time she was charged the price of a salsa side without any clear explanation.
To make matters worse, the manager was not helpful in resolving the situation. Overall, the experience was disappointing and handled in a way that felt unprofessional and unnecessary.

If there was an option for no stars I would give it. I ordered a bowl through door dash and received the bag completely sealed, when I opened the bowl, it was half eaten and a completely different order. I am utterly disgusted with this. it’s a total food safety issue. I tried to call the store but there is no way to get in contact with an actual person. I would understand if it was an honest mistake but I need actual answers instead of an AI telling me it was doordash’s fault.

If you’re on a diet, this Chipotle is great because you can pay full value for half the food.
Ordered on the app. Did not receive any fajita veggies on either items despite requesting extra (one being a veggie burrito).
Portion sizes on both items were also very small, images posted, maybe im crazy but it’s a sad looking value for $10 per item.
If fajita veggies were cooking, I would’ve rather just waited to actually get what I ordered.

Edit:) yeah you see the DOZEN other reviews complaining about the stingy old man being cheap with the meat, but heavy on the rice. Whenever I see him, I turn around. Acting like it comes out of his paychec! I bet you’re gonna cover him all the time because he’s the owner or manager.

Very fast and efficient food and service with no error. However, I find one employee ( an elderly looking male) skimping on the meats CONSISTENTLY every time I come in and with every customer. Any other employee that’s in charge of taking your order/starting your order, they do fine. They give you a NORMAL amount of food, but this old man gives you half a scoop and then assumes you’ll pay double for a regular scoop.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was quite fast since there weren’t many customers at the time, which made the ordering process quick and easy.
However, I couldn’t help but notice the condition of the area where the meats and toppings are kept—it looked quite messy and not very clean. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was also lacking. I believe more attention should be given to maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, as it’s an important factor for those choosing to dine in.

I never been so angry in my life I watch an employee literally that off food a customer in front of me taco she said to another person that way too much and instead asking if that was okay she litterally took the meat off his taco in front of me with her hands . the customer if front of me was literally wearing Hampton County D.A and work for the state he literally watch her and said don’t touch my food I’ll pay the extra portion then when it was my turn she look at both my bowl and the portion took it off the counter and said to her coworker that was in back of her look how little this food is they barely got anything ha ha ha making jokes, saying look she barely got anything in these bowl after yelling at her coworker for putting too much and then want on to say she was going charge me double as a joke and I tould him not paying nothing for empty bowl and she tould me to relax it a joke .. the girl was young with glasses and probably Latin curly hair I don’t think playing with food or even playing with someone else food is funny and where I’m from my mom would of smack me for playing with food all the employees are all young and no manager around it shouldn’t be safe or legal to leave that many minors unattended without supervision

First of all, I would like to talk about the poor portions that the food has from this place that I have had the misfortune to stumble upon, I ordered a bowl and specifically asked for cheese and sour cream at the end, since my first bite, it was so dry that I had to take a sip of water for each bite I gave, I could not even taste the sour cream nor the cheese. On top of that, it was too salty, to the point that I had to leave my food halfway through.
With that being said, now I would like to focus on what concerns me the most, and is the clear incompetence of the employees during emergencies. When we were ordering our food, my sister suddenly fainted, she fell to the ground and my mom was trying to revive her. She fortunately woke up after what was a little bit less than a whole minute. During that time, not even a single of the employees offered help, even the one who was attending us gave us a dirty look and skipped to the other client. We were not asking for all the workers to stop their shift and rescue my sister, but at least one of them showing a minimal amount of humanity. The only help we got was when my sister woke up, when the cashier gave my mom a cup for my sister to drink something. That’s it. My sister got lucky, but if a person has a worse situation, I certainly wouldn’t assure them that this place has the best safety measures. I am honestly baffled by the incredibly poor experience of this restaurant. Expensive, terrible food (which by the way has nothing to do with ACTUAL Mexican food), a terrible costumer service, and on top of that: nul training of employees for emergencies.
