Did some Christmas shopping inside the mall with my wife around 1 pm and decided to stop by for some quick to go food so we could eat at home. The food was great until I got down to eating the rice and noodles…I found a piece of metal wire shavings and ruined my meal. I tried calling the number to let management know but no one is answering the phone. The email that this business has is a spam site and I have no way to address my concern but to drive back to business.

Food here is decent, can be a hit and miss at times, but hasn’t really kept me from going back. The lady serving food today might change that for me. I noticed there was no tray where they usually place the mandarin chicken so I asked her if they had any. Who knows with supply shortages nowadays they might be out for some reason. She rudely answers NO not right now. So I Try to ask her another simple question of, do you know how long it’ll take. And before I can finish my question she interrupts with bad attitude, “IT’S GOING TO TAKE A FEW MINUTES”. I’m a paying customer that’s paying for food services. Now that doesn’t mean that I expect a worker to kiss my rear end just because I’m paying for something. But when you go to a business you don’t expect employees to give you attitude for no reason. It was early in the day around 11:30ish, not late afternoon after workers have been there all day. You serve food for a living and answer questions like, “Is it spicy or not” your job is far from complicated. If you’re dissatisfied with your job or hate working with people like she obviously does, then quit and stop giving customers a bad experience.

The food is great, I love it, but go when there’s a female server because she’ll actually give you your money’s worth. The male server is really rude and stingy with the food. He’ll serve you the least amount possible and, if you want only two things without rice or noodles, he’ll just put those two things in the bottom half of the tray. Not even the top half and bottom half, he’ll just split the bottom in half with what you want and tells you the price is the same. Definitely not worth it.
