Ordered 3 combo meals for delivery and they shorted us a whole combo meal. Called within 3 minutes of delivery and the man who answered said “we are busy, there’s nothing i can do”. Really? He had the nerve to question the time the order was placed and then said that they’re slammed and sorry. Their food is great and we’ve been ordering from them for a long time but after this, no more. They screwed up, they got their money for the whole order and they won’t rectify it because they’re busy?

Ordered carry-out. Most of the food was delicious except for a few dry pieces of chicken. Left a good tip. Got home but the small sweet and sour chicken was missing the white rice. Everything was stapled shut and assumed all was there. Very frustrating.

Used to love this place, however suddenly gone down hill. Last visit they shorted the rice with the meal. This time I checked and shorted all 3 rices for the meals. Went back and got rice. Unfortunately missed that they also forgot the crab Rangoon and when I called up there to try and get it to pick up, they kept hanging up the phone. Will not go back anymore.

This has been my favorite place to go to and under was an old review because I ordered delivery tipped very generous as I always do and my card gets charged for $1,000 when the receipt was definitely $46 . Very disheartening to say it will be hard to order here ever again after this experience ////I love love love this place I have been a consistent customer with them for years now they have the best Chinese food around Cape Coral and I have tried many other places i especially love the lady who works there she’s the best and always expresses gratitude. My orders come out fast and hot and perfect every single time.

If I could give less than a zero I would. The lady that answers the phone is super sweet. That’s about as far as it goes. The manager “Lisa” can’t understand and doesn’t work with you at all. The “jumbo shrimp “ is just small s shrimp with a ton of batter. It was a horrible experience. Not worth the price. Save your money.
