Some might say this is the best Chinese buffet in all of Wichita kansas! Aaaand they would be right!! Unsuspecting buffet with delicious food. No sushi but plenty of shrimp and other awesomeness sprinkle through this entire buffet situation. They desert menu leaves a little bit to be desired but was actually really good

I should’ve known what the quality of the food would be as soon as I walked in and saw how bad the aquarium was. Poor fish had more algae in the tank than water. 🙁 The food was not good…..except the bananas lol. All of the chicken was chewy and not very warm. The crab Rangoon was so bad that I spit it out. The service was ok.. …didn’t get a drink refill until the end of our meal. Don’t waste your time or money. I hate to say it, but the super buffet on Central/West is better lol

One of my favorite buffets in Wichita. Small, quaint and cheap! Friendly service, lots of options for food and you can get away with less than 30 bucks all said and done for two. 40, if you leave a decent tip. ;D

I have eaten at China Star Super Buffet several times over the years. I used to really enjoy it. The last couple of times I have been here the food was cold and tasteless. The service was very poor. I don’t know if I will be back again or not. Right now I wouldn’t recommend eating at China Star Super Buffet. Please try to improve your restaurant. May God bless you always!

They are consistent. Good service. Reasonable price…$7.85 for lunch. You can also pay by the pound. My second time there, my first time my son introduced me to it because he lives close. Big dining area and a party room. Clean, well stocked restrooms. I got water the first time. This time I got Sprite and it was crisp.

I was not impressed by anything here. There was a decent selection of food but flavor was lacking in most of the items. I think the best thing I ate was the canned peaches and their spicy cucumbers. I paid $53 for 3 people which I feel is pretty expensive for a Chinese buffet.

They tried to add a automatic 10% charge because of table was over 7 people. No one informed us when we were sat there also aren’t any signs posted. I had to argue with the guy manager about it cause I normally do tip, but I’m not gonna feel forced or tricked into it
