We received delivery service today and it came in a timely manner. The food was great! Dumplings were spot on…best ever! The MooGoo Gai Pan was the best I have ever had! I rarely eat all at one meal but this was so delicious I couldn’t help myself!

For this to be the first time I’ve ordered, im a bit disappointed with the entree itself. I ordered the sesame chicken and the chicken WAS NOT fresh. it was old, hard and had been overcooked from being reheated so many times. My veggie roll and egg roll was pretty decent however after about 3 1/2 hrs of eating their food (mind you first thing I ate all day) I VOMITED!!!! I had an upset stomach and diarrhea.

This place is the worst. Poor customer service, drivers can’t speak or understand English. I have spent literally an hour or more of my time with GrubHub because the wrong food was delivered like many other times ordering through them. Do not order from this place!

I normally don’t have problems with delivery or my orders, since I often use Uber eats and Eat24. Today I had the absolute worst experience at this place and I’m completely dissatisfied and in shock of the treatment from here. They forget my drink and that’s not a problem. I was anticipating an arrival back with my drink which never returned. I open my meal to see that the steamed rice I asked for is fried, the Hawaiian bbq wings I asked for ended up to be ONE fried wing, no drink, and found a hair in the lovely fried rice I didn’t ask for. The manager repeatedly hung up on me over the phone screaming I was starting trouble and I was causing problems when in actuality I just wanted my drink!!! I can live with everything else wrong with my order. In conclusion I will never order here again!!!! Ever. And I advise everyone else to do the same

Absolutely horrendous! Ordered on GrubHub and requested “No Peanuts”. Order came with peanuts. I called and informed them of the error. They explained they would have the new order to me “in about 20 minutes”. An hour later, someone called explaining that there would be a $3 delivery charge. I said I’m not willing to pay it because it was their error in the first place. They explained that I’m not in their delivery area. I stated I was in their area the first time they delivered, why was I not now? After 20 minutes of arguing I said, I didn’t want the food and they needed to refund my money. The “boss” refused to refund the money and hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. Great service, huh? Never again.

This was the absolute worst delivery experience EVER. We ordered from there once before and it was decent. This time they were almost an hour late and didn’t even come until Grubhub called them. The delivery driver was rude on phone and hung up on us twice. He then told us he didn’t want to come into gate and to leave our apartment to meet him. He hung up again when we did not agree. It was so late and we were told by grubhub that they would come get food tomorrow and contact restaurant to process a refund (which never happened after multiple calls). I tried the dumplings for Lunch a couple days later and there were bones in them! I called grubhub again and they reached out to the restaurant. There was no manager there and was told to call back at 12 the next day. Grubhub called and they were told the restaurant would not refund and to call them. I called twice and the lady up front was very rude and told me she did not have time to help me and that the manager would call tomorrow. three days later, no call. So I called again and was treated extremely rude again and she told me that the manager knew and did not want to talk to me. Finally she gave me number to him and he yelled at me. He told me to quit calling and that he refused to speak to me or help me. After explaining my story again, he insisted I was making everything up to get free food and that I am a big fat liar. He told me they buy their dumplings from someone else and reheat them, but it was not possible they had bones (I have pics to prove it). He told me how dare I tip low and that’s why they treated me that way. Since I was so cheap, I deserved awful treatment. I have planned to tip extra in cash, but since the tip wasn’t earned, I never got to do this. He was literally YELLING at me. I certainly will never order from here ever again. Also, the chicken soup and beer teriyaki are absolutely disgusting. If I could give negative stars I would.

DON’T ORDER HERE! I ordered food on GrubHub. It was delivered quickly but it was the incorrect order. When I called to tell them it was wrong they said the manager was not there and they couldn’t do anything. I then drove to the restaurant where there was no manager on site. I did however get his phone number. When I called he said that it was the wrong number. He then called the restaurant to ask what happened while I was still there. The cashier told him I wanted a refund on my order but he refused. I spoke with him on the phone and he refused to refund my money and hung up on me. Horrible service. DON’T ORDER HERE!
