My first time eating here so I ordered something simple that I thought would be universally the same. I was wrong! The “fried shrimp” was popcorn shrimp! The crab rangoon was all cream cheese : ( The rice was ok.
No fortune in my burnt cookie lol. The floor in the kitchen had caked up dirt around the legs and under the work area that I could see. I guess after seeing that I shouldn’t even had ordered!! I wanted to like this place.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been disappointed with a lot of the Chinese restaurants in Columbus but my first experience here was great! I got the black pepper chicken dinner combo with veggie fried rice and an egg roll. I also got an order or Chinese donuts. The black pepper chicken was SO good! I asked for it extra crispy and it was perfectly cooked. Juicy and tender meat on the inside with crispy skin and the perfect amount of sauce and seasoning! A lot of Chinese places in town another everything in sauce and it just gets soggy and gross but this place did it just right. The egg roll and donuts were also delicious and the service was great! Food was prepared quickly too! The only reason I gave four stars is because the fried rice didn’t really have any flavor and was just okay. I will definitely eat here again and update my review!

China Kitchen has the best Chinese food in Columbus. They are very accommodating and always prepare the food the way you request it. Excellent egg drop soup.

Honestly the orange chicken , fried rice and egg rolls did not taste good. The chicken was dry and lacked flavor, rice was okay, egg rolls had a funny taste to them. Service was quick and friendly. Establishment was clean.

I’ve ordered food here several times, and never had a bad experience, except one time they forgot the hot mustard sauce for my egg roll – but that is pretty minor issue. Food is very good. I’ve tried a couple of other places since moving to Columbus, and this one is far better than the others! Plus, I like the fact that they have a very reasonable price for lunch specials.

I got the dumplings and chicken lo mein. Dumplings were delicious; it came with some kind of garlic soy sauce sauce which was my favorite. They are pretty salty. Chicken lo mein was good, too, but needed more sauce. I’ll definitely be back.
