I went Here For the First Time a couple days ago and the gentleman that waited on me was not friendly. I’m assuming he was the owner. His disposition wasn’t the best and the place was a little unkept. It didn’t look really clean but it was not to the point where it was filthy but they could use a good cleaning. The food was a C-minus as far as taste. I asked for my food to be a little more spicier and the General Tao’s tasted more sweet than spicy, the fried rice was not flavorful and the lunch special did not come with soup or egg roll like most lunch specials do, but more importantly the disposition of the service wasn’t the best

China Garden really doesn’t deserve one star. I knew the food was not all that great, but I was gonna grab some quick Chinese after shopping at Publix. There was no one in the place when I got there about 3 minutes after their posted time for lunch, but the guy refused to let me order a lunch special. He told me I could order off the dinner menu. I asked him what had changed in 3 minutes, and did he want to lose a customer over it? He said that’s the rule. Who’s rule??? That’s the rule!!! So I said I had a rule too, my rule is to just walk out and never come back. He just shrugged, so walked next door and got a great Calzone from Cosmo’s. After I got my food, I ate my Calzone in front of his door. I’m sure it was a lot better than the slop he serves, and it cost about a third of a ‘Dinner’ at China Garden.

Enjoyed the food. Please continue to prepare food that has taste and do not get comfortable like several of the Chinese restaurants around you. Their food h as s gone down dramatically and I drive to your location for quality and well tsdting food. I gave it 5 stars due to my first few visits. I have gone recently as of 2/13/19 & please do not start going down hill. Our vegetables in our rice was crunchy. We were spitting out hard veggies. That’s not cool. Food was burnt (egg too young), onions not cooked well & once I expressed my concern to the owner, he became very rude. I was truly shocked. This cafe is in my neighborhood area & I try to give business. Not any longer. Was very much astonished & surprised at his reaction.

I tried this restaurant for the first time because China Cafe is now closed on Mondays; which is where I normally go. We are not happy with our food from China Garden. The veggie lo mein is okay. However, the broccoli with garlic sauce is not good at all. My daughter says the beef and broccoli isn’t good either. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Hope this helps someone. I have to give one star in order to post, but I really didn’t want to.

I called and placed a order over the phone at like 1:49 pm. Asked could they deliver they said yes, placed a order for delivery over the phone, I had to text my address to them, they had someone call and confirm my order ask if i will be paying cash or credit, told them cash hung up the phone and that was that. Only to realize a hour plus went by (time now 3:12) and food was not here, called them to see where they were to only hear that I didn’t confirm the order, and do i still want to order. this is crazy I’m sitting here waiting on my food only to find out the order was never placed. unprofessional. will not be ordering here again.

The worse chinese food and customer service ever. We called and placed in order for delivery and had the male repeat the order to us. When the delivery driver came and we checked the order we were missing the Honey Chicken. My wife called back and spoke with the male who took the order and he denied that we ordered the Honey Chicken even after we repeated the order several times to him before hand. In addition, we asked if we could reorder the Honey Chicken but we not paying a delivery fee as we just paid one and tipped the driver generously and the person became rude and unprofessional and said that he was still going to charge the delivery fee even though it was his fault. At this point we basically told him that we would not be ordering from them again as it was his mistake and not ours and he proceeded to tell my wife that he didn’t care. Furthermore the food that we finally got to eat was cold, no flavor and a can of ALPO dog food would have tasted better.
