The food was soggy and not fresh, the pork fried rice tasted like SOAP, the chicken was not cooked all the way and was still pink. When I called back to inform the lady she hung up on me not caring she just served raw food. DO NOT order food from here. They don’t let you enter the restaurant. Place is a complete mess.

Of my 42yrs of existence I’ve never had Chinese food as trash as this. The presentation of food and lack of love in preparation, not to mention eating it gave me an upset stomach and I could not finish it all. This was my first and last time going there, people please save your money and health do not go there. I’m also someone whom seldomly would leave a review, I barely do reviews and have done 3 reviews my entire life all good this is my first poor review and I believe it necessary.

Always generous with the portions. Best wonton soup the wonton texture is so good. Fried wonton with garlic sauce is to die for. If you want fast service fresh food they are the go to.

Went tonight to get my usual boneless spare rib combo. Gave young woman $15 for my $12 order. Asked for “handful” of soy and duck sauce. She comes back and hands me $1 for change. When asked about other $2 she motions to bag and says you got sauces. Told her that was normal condiments with meals. She says “you asked for extra.” I pointed out that I did not and simply asked for handful. I won’t be going back.

I am Chinese and found the food at this restaurant to be terrible and inauthentic. We ordered the Crab Rangoon and other dishes, and all of it was bad. The customer service was worse—we had to wait outside for over 20 minutes for our food. The waiters were unprofessional and rude, repeatedly asking for payment in a demanding manner. I will never be going back.

I’ve ordered from here a number of times in the last year. No matter what time I call or how much I order, they always say “ready in 10 minutes,” which is amazing. It’s barely enough time to hop in the car and drive there! Consistently, the food has been good and the prices are affordable. Overall I think it’s reliable and for good value. I’ve tried a variety of menu items and have enjoyed them all. The one that stands out the most is ma po tofu. I’ve never had any issues with surprise pricing when using a credit card, as noted by others. I pay over the phone and they charge me the menu price of the items. Only good things to say about china East.
