Spacious restaurant serves a Chinese menu & draws fans for an extensive dim sum buffet on weekends.

We had dim sum lunch here, and it was surprisingly decent! The place would get 3 for the dim sum but definitely a four for NJ. The place was not maintained well, dark and run down. Servers were not professional but they were nice and helpful.

This is the best hidden gem for weekend dim sum! Service is gonna be way slow, as there are only like 2 people working the whole room. But the dim sum is delicious and the price is great!
The price range is $4 / $4.5 / $5. The size of the dishes is on the small side, but they all taste so good, and at that price, you can order 2! My husband and I usually order about 8 dishes normally, and this usually runs us in the mid $70 price range. Here we ordered 12 dishes (I know, we were like what the hell did we just do!) And it total was about $62. This is my new go to dim sum spot!
Pro tip: they do to go orders. There website does not show dim sum, but you can phone in your order.

It is a weekday 11:30am, only 2 tables of customers. It was about 20 mins north from EWR. Ordered some dim sum and fried rice in authentic style, which is no soy sauce or brown sauce. The fried rice was a bit salty. The dim sum was okay, not many choices, but better than drive into Chinatown and look for parking to eat the better dim sum. The waiter(boss) was nice, told us their dim sum chef made the dim sum, even the chef made the skin of the shrimp dumpling蝦餃, it was good. Some items only served over the weekends, such as egg tart and bbq pork pastry 叉燒酥.
The bathroom is big and clean, wheelchair accessible.
Overall, it is a choice if doesn’t want to go to Chinatown in NYC to deal with parking.

This place is not as good as it once was. We came here for dimsum and the quality and service has gone downhill. The dim sum server came to our table with a limited choice (no prok dumplings, no fried rice, no spare ribs). She said that was all they served now. We took the items we preferred, but some of them were cold inside. We don’t think they were made fresh and think maybe they were frozen before. The shumai were very cold inside. Some of the other items seemed like the bao was tasteless.
We wanted to like it, so we don’t have to go into NYC.
Sorry, but We cannot recommend this place now.

my family and i have been coming here for years, it’s comforting to know they are still operating. service is always quick and attentive. the food can be ordered off the cart or through a waiter. i personally dont think they have that many options but they definitely have the basics down. the food is always fresh and delicious! personal favorite are the shrimp dumplings and pork ribs. we came 10 minutes after opening time on a sunday, and the place was full within the hour! i believe it is worth a visit for a meal with the family.

Good food, good dimsum experience in North Hudson area. Not a lot of selections but better than going to China town looking for parking. Price was ok. The only thing I didn’t like was the tripe.

The place looks nice but the food quality was mediocre. We ordered dumplings and they were made with a very thick layer of dough. Sesame chicken was made with a thick layer of dough as well with dark meat only. Overall, we got the impression that they used low quality ingredients. Not going to be back.

I was craving duck one night and found the closest place that served it. Prior to going, I checked the recent reviews. I wasn’t impressed, especially with comments in regards to waiting times after being seated. To my surprise, my experience was just the opposite. My companion and I went during its busiest time. We were greeted and seated right away. The gentleman that served us was amazing. He skillfully took the orders and recommended few dishes based on our preferences. I ordered an “Imperial Duck.” I liked it. My tip would be to allow the meat to sufficiently absorb the sauce sitting at the bottom. It tastes better that way. I will go back in the future to try other dishes.

Overall the food was good, except for the pork steamed buns that got served almost cold, (I think they microwaved them….). Our waiter was almost not talking and absent most of them time. Looks like he didn’t care at all. We had a lot of food a brought back some to go at the end because it was good enoigh.
I would rate 4/5 but the buns
and the waiter lost a star. Maybe on a different day it would be better.

Waited an hour to be seated. No menus were handed out, nothing was explained of how the process of ordering works, people that didn’t speak English came around with a food carts saying names of food fast, that I didn’t understand what it was or what was going on. Our party left without being served. Also the staff was yelling in their language at each other infront of everyone. Horrible, will not recommended. We will not return.
