I order orange chicken. The chicken was very hard, you could tell that they already had made it and just heated it in the microwave. Took a very long time for my order people before me got their order before I received mine. Definitely won’t be going there again and it was my first time trying it. The restaurant looks dingy and dirty.

My order was very simple… Half chicken with pork fried rice and scallion pancakes with a side of chicken lomein. The rice was defenitley recycled i gave a taste to my son and we both agree it was awefull i make better fried rice. My fried half chicken was so over cooked, the meat was hard as cardboard and very dry my son compared it to beef jerky. When i placed my order was taken and left to wonder about 2 things why was the cook still sitting down counting receipts. They left this kid to cook the order who did a terrible job the scallion pancakes were loaded with grease as well. Too bad i threw the rest of the food out or i would have put up a picture 27 wasted dollars

First time ordering at this restaurant in person ever, and for any food, ever. After reading some of the menu, they took my order and my money. Two dishes, $22.70. Pork with snow peas and pork with vegetables. Paid cash. No receipt.They said, ten minutes. I said, be back in 20 minutes. Came back and was given bag. I asked twice if two pork orders were in bag. Did not want to return home to find I had someone else’s order or an error in mine.

They do not even deserve 1 start but you can’t post unless you give 1 star…..This place is the WORST!! I just moved to the area and decided to try them out. This was the worst destination I ever made.. 1st you can’t order through the phone the guy was very rude & said I had to place my order on line. Regardless of his attitude I figured let me go ahead and order maybe things are different here. The online was a bit confusing. I ordered 2 half chicken and in the boxes below it had rice options white rice, brown rice & plain. I picked plain thinking it was plain fried rice. Also got shrimp with broccoli and plain fried rice with special instructions add onions and bean sprout. Plus 3 more items total $70.00. I got my order and had no rice with my chicken and the shrimp & broccoli came like if was in soup watery soup. Now over $45.00 you are supposed to get a free item. I received nothing no soda and I was missing 2 rice orders and none of the rice I got had onions & beans sprouts as my special order requested. I called and stated I was missing rice and did not get my free item. They guys was sooooo rude I told him it was my 1st time ordering with them & he had the nerves to say oh well you don’t know how to order. Apparently when I picked plain fried rice it meant I wanted my chicken plain with nothing. I told him that doesn’t make sense. Also I did not get free item because I did not write in the comment I want I free item. At the end of the day THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL RUDE AND A$$ES. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Customer service is key for a business to succeed and apparently they don’t give a F**k how their Customers feel. Therfore they do not deserve my business or anyone else for that matter.

I ordered the luncheon special pepper steak & onions. The green peppers were rotten. The prices have gone up, the food quality has gone down. I should have known better when I saw that “C” from the health department on the window. I’m done!!!

Very rude a Disgusting customer service from the women taking the order. She not only throw my food at me. But refuse to give me sauce on my food that was clearly dry. You need a better person taking orders. Because she is rude and nasty even over the phone. When the man takes the order o have no issues. But she needs training in proper customer service. I wouldn’t want to eat from a place who don’t care about customer service. Plus when I asked for my money back she became even ruder trying kick me out. I will never go there.
