Ordered thru Uber and I do not live near the restaurant but Uber driver set a land speed record in rush hour. As for the food , I ordered the sesame chicken, sweet and sour pork and a veg fried rice with dumplings. Dumplings were OK. The main dishes were OK as well but the veg fried rice was sad. Strands of broccoli literally not much thicker than a shoelace. Rice was just dry. Then maybe a 1/4 cup of frozen peas and carrot and it looked like some cabbage. Also they dont use bean sprouts ? I guess they can’t be frozen? IDK maybe OK for a quick Asian inspired lunch but as for our dinner I wasn’t impressed. 0

I found China 8 a few years ago after my regular place closed. I normally go for a quick lunch order. They have great specials and some crossover dishes. Because I like going here I want to show that even post Covid, a nice table can be set by China 8. I like the mushroom dish with a choice of protein. Delicious!

I took a few bites and couldn’t believe it. Not a SINGLE piece of shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. Just rice with one piece of onion. This has got to be a joke. I’ve came here several times and it’s always been hit or miss with my order, but this was a complete waste of my time. I never dispute my charge at the register so if I was charged for plain fried rice, fine, but I ordered it with shrimp.

China 8 did not disappoint on our guys trip to Tulsa. With great service and even better food, this spot is sure to make you buy a plane ticket to Beijing! Be sure to try General Tao’s chicken and the pepper steak in the unbelievable combo deal they have.

They try and force you to use your card as credit and charge you a service fee. Law states they have to offer ‘debit’ as a form of payment. You enter your pin number and that avoids any service fee. DONT GET SCAMMED!! AND THIS GOES FOR ALL BUSINESSES!!!

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant since it was close to Walgreens. My husband ordered Chicken LoMein and it literally had 2 small pieces of chicken in it and lo mein had no flavor. He stopped eating it but he liked the egg rolls. Okay, now for my order…I ordered the Brocolli Beef Combo which came in a very small container which I can wash out and use for leftovers. I feel like the food was just frozen then microwaved. It also had no flavor to it. I was very disappointed in the whole experience of going to this restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant if you really like Chinese food and want to enjoy the food that you order. We gave food to our dogs.

Over the years this place has been my go to for N/W Chinese stir fry. Went there last night. It was horrible. Canned chicken and seasoned rice. Just looked liked they microwaved the entire meal. Tasted like processed chicken and sauces from a bottle. I don’t think k I’ll ever go back again. It used to stay busy. Now I know why the place looked so vacant.
