As of 7 pm, a day before the supposed winter storm, I’d entered the drive through for 2 Cantina and nachos, just as we left both quesadillas were not properly and poorly cooked with the cheese still cold with the only thing drippy not the cheese but the sauce, the sauce being the only thing hot, please do better on the cooking the quesadillas, though it’s quick service which is great still unacceptable that I have to do the work at home, Great service Anjelique

Went through the drive thru on 1/11/26 at approximately 11:45 p.m. Ordered a number 7 with a Doritos loco taco supreme with no lettuce and “a soft taco with just meat and cheese” were my exact words. I get back to my home and my tacos are wrong, neither taco was supreme and the soft taco had lettuce so I go back. They’re nice enough replacing it, but before I go all the way back home I think to check it. It’s wrong again, the Doritos taco has lettuce, so I roll back around. Mind you I’m hungry as hell and have been very chill and nice this whole time. I roll back around, still calm still nice just wanting to get what I ordered!!!! And the lady running the drive thru wanted to start arguing with me about it. She asked “so what taco do you want lettuce on?” I didn’t want lettuce on anything I didn’t think that was hard to understand. She started to argue with me about it so I just drove off, but that was ridiculous

Ordered at drive thru. The cashier promptly asked if we were using a mobile app. My passenger wasn’t sure what she wanted. The cashier stated “take your time”. One item wasn’t available, but the store had Pepsi products. Great professional service. Food didn’t take long to receice. The ordered was pleasant and not heavy with sodium since she has high blood pressure. No complaints.

The woman that Works the drive-through window at 12:30 at night November 23, 2025 absolute garbage employee. had to drive around the entire drive-through only to tell us come in. It was like 10 minutes of sitting in the drive-through while a customers food gets cold. definitely she was reported to DoorDash it would’ve been just as easy to tell us to come in when we got to the intercom.our personal food had been old and stale every time iv eaten here

I had a negative experience at this Taco Bell branch. The atmosphere didn’t appeal to me, and the service was subpar with slow service and no assistance when I inquired about my missing drink. On a positive note, the food, including the Crunchwrap Supreme, a taco, and cinnamon delights, was excellent. Nevertheless, I won’t be returning to this particular location in the future due to my overall dissatisfaction.

Don’t order nacho fries here, they will be day old or inedible.Customer service is hit or miss here, food is often old or just prepared poorly. It’ll get the job done but definitely could use some shaping up there.

Service is usually pretty good. Every now and then the drive through line will move extremely slow but usually it’s fine. Last night however I did a pick up in the drive through and ordered a steak quesadilla. A steak quesadilla comes with steak, cheese, and sauce. While I am eating my quesadilla I bite into something crunchy. I discover that I bet into a tomato, which I am allergic to. If there was any worry for tomatoes to be in my quesadilla, like if it were an ingredient I requested to take out, I would have told them my allergy. Regardless, there was no reason for there to be a tomato in my quesadilla. I did have a mild allergic reaction but nothing crazy. Still shouldn’t have to be worried about my health when eating something that has no mention of my allergy in it. Please do better with cross contamination, you never know what people are allergic to.

The crunch wrap was fire! Unfortunately, the GM Jordan jumped through the drive through window to strangle me and ultimately broke my neck and now my life is ruined because I have been permanently paralyzed and my husband took the insurance money and the kids and ran and now I’m forever left alone and there’s nothing I can do but warn the oncomers to the location, but other than that, it’s a 10 from me!
