Have you ever wonder what it would be like if mcdonalds was actually good? You know without all the bad stuff in there food? Or what mcdonalds and stake and shake had a child and that child is trying to one up its parents? Well that’s what this place is like, the burgers are a steak burger that’s smashed, there frys are like the skinny fries from stake and shake and there actually really good. When you see the restaurant you think “oh that’s a nice restaurant” then you go in and your struck by a fast food setup really throws you thro a loop then you get the food and my God is it good. The whole atmosphere is open, come here if you’re tired of mcdonalds and want something a bit better

The burgers and salads are great if the recipe is followed. The Lafayette Station Chillburger is beyond par. I ordered my salad and they 1. Do not make items according to the recipe 2. Use iceberg or romaine lettuce instead of the greens that is supposed to go into a salad 3. Hang up on you when you call to ask about the issue. I love other Chilburgers that I have visited as a customer. I used to like this one as well. I am not sure if it is lack of training or the management is trying to save money by lacking ingredients, however, I will not go to this particular location until the customer service is ready to serve appropriately.

Chill and modern/funky atmosphere. Wife enjoyed her burger. Had a grilled chicken sandwich and a side salad. The salad was substantial enough to be a side, crisp and fresh. Parm fries were excellent. Shake was great. Will stop again when passing through. Glad to see a mix of health fresh items and stuff on the other end of spectrum.

Rude, unfriendly, and incompetent front end staff. Customers are lucky to get their full order without multiple returns to the front counter to ask the unfriendly staff that roll their eyes when asked anything. Food is decent, only reason I ever returned. Took me too long to learn my lesson, will not be back.
