Ordered my food while heading to my place of work decided it’s been a while since I’ve had Burger King so I’m gonna stop by and grab me a sandwich. I grabbed a double whopper meal and as I’m eating on my way to work, I noticed some unfamiliar flavors in a whopper like mustard and what I thought were pickles were actually jalapeños. I just happen to be deathly allergic to jalapeños so as I’m eating my sandwich and noticing that it’s getting hard and harder for me to breathe, I look at the sandwich and I noticed the jalapeños spit out the sandwich that I’m chewing now mind you I’ve eaten half of the sandwich. Pulled over on the side of the road vomited and had to use my EpiPen to save my life after sitting in a parking lot for 30 minutes. I mean my way to my office which was the closest place by and tried calling the location from 2:10 in the afternoon all the way till 330 this afternoon. The phone was busy once I was able to get through the people were extremely rude. They kept passing my call along to people who honestly did not understand English, and that’s not being being rude or being nasty. They did not understand what I was saying someone needs to reach out to me ASAP. Before I reach out to my lawyer and sue the hell out of this, Burger King

I usually have a decent experience at this Burger King, but today was a mess. I ordered two chicken fry combos, and when I asked for extra BBQ sauce, the staff member gave me just one sauce for both meals. When I asked for another, she was visibly annoyed and said it would cost 35 cents. After that, I was just disheartened; I couldn’t enjoy my meal because the whole interaction left a bad taste.

I haven’t been to a Burger King in while, this particular one in maybe 20+ years, but I wanted to try out the Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper which is a limited time item. I had the Junior version to limit the calories, and found it to be a surprisingly tasty sandwich. I asked for add-on onion, tomato, and pickles which the app lets you customize, but the associate who barely spoke English, said it was not possible, so I had the stock version. The bacon and mushrooms make it quite tasty, though I don’t think the onion rings add any flavor, and unfortunately, lose their crispiness. Overall, it was a tad saltier than I like, but not excessively so. Chicken fries with zesty sauce worked well with the sandwich and still kept total calories below 750. The crispy cinnamon apple pie was interesting.
The restaurant appears to have had no investment in two decades and there was only one diner. The McDonald’s across the road, on the other hand had a full car park.

Ordered a take out, didn’t receive Hershey’s Sundae pie. Still waiting for refund. Also the food was stale, patty was raw, not cooked fully. Breads are not fresh. Even Jalapeno bites are not fried properly. McDonald’s across the street is much better, we used to visit both till now. But will not visit Burger King again.

I recently visited Burger King and tried their famous Whopper. I must say, I was impressed! The burger was juicy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of toppings. The combo of fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and the special sauce made for a great taste. The fries were also very good, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, I would highly recommend Burger King for their Whopper burger. It’s a classic fast food option that never disappoints.

Fries are always perfect, but I’m going in the evening when it’s not busy. Everything I’ve ordered has been great the last few times. Fries are like 1980s good. Good service too.

I stopped by this Burger King on my way to Paterson and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the Impossible Burger meal (with fries and a Coke) along with jalapeño poppers.
The Impossible Burger was unfortunately very hard, almost inedible, and the fries tasted stale, as if they had been reheated. The jalapeño poppers were fine, but overall the meal didn’t meet expectations—especially since I was hungry and had a long drive ahead of me.
I did call the restaurant right after, but there was no manager on duty to authorize a refund. The staff member I spoke with was polite, but couldn’t do much without a manager present.
My suggestion for anyone visiting is to double-check your food before leaving the parking lot, especially if you’re not from the area and don’t have time to turn back. Hopefully management sees this and works on consistency and customer support, because this location could definitely improve.

I came to this establishment yesterday with the intention of enjoying my meal. When I took a bite of my burger I noticed it was stale and after looking the bread was moldy I was completely disgusted and disappointed. Wont be returning!

There was no one in the parking lot and no one in the drive through, but my food was put together like it was rushed. All condiments on my whopper were to one side and they exploded all the mozzarella sticks.
On top of that they didn’t mix my chocolate milkshake and when I asked her to mix it more she gave me attitude and still tried to hand it to me, I asked one more time and walked away where I could still clearly see her for a moment without remixing it and handed it back to me again…
Terrible food, terrible service. Don’t go here.
