My bf and I love Chili’s, we used to come to this one all the time but lately the service has been subpar. We went in few months ago and the wait was forever, we ended up being served by the bartender. Which didn’t make sense since the restaurant wasn’t that busy. We thought okay, we’ll just start doing to go orders. We did a to go order a few weeks ago. The food was super greasy, the sauce was like someone threw Chile powder on top of oil and the salsa was runny lol. Anyways we got sick for almost two days and decided to take a break from Chili’s for a while. So tonight we thought, we have a gift card from Christmas, let’s give them another chance. 3 times the charm! Did another to go order… A triple dipper, a 3 for me and a couple extra sauces. I decided to try salad since my salsa was runny last time. Anyways I got literally the tiniest cup of salad lol. My ranch cup was filled a 1/3 of the way. They gave me like 20 fries I mean the food wasn’t as greasy but the portions definitely felt like they forgot the rest of my order. Even the tiny little plastic cups were half full. So between the skimpy portions and the greasy food I think it’s best to find a new Chili’s. Which is so sad cause this one is the closest to us.

Our server Lily was the absolute best server ever. We haven’t had service like this in a very long time. The atmosphere and food were great too. I highly recommend this hidden gem in the south valley and request Lily.

Had a fantastic dinner at Chili’s! The food was absolutely great, but the highlight of the night was our server, Lily. She was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask. Excellent service makes such a difference. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Chili’s. We ordered the rib eye steak, and not only was the food great, but our server Ambrosia made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Excellent service like hers makes dining out truly enjoyable. I asked for an “unhealthy amount of guacamole” and the server did not disappoint! I don’t normally go to chain restaurants, but I was hungry and had been to a couple Chili’s locations across the US over the years, so I went here. The service was prompt and courteous, I was seated quickly, and my needs were attended to. The server was professional without being anal and without having a “dead” sense of humor. A beautiful blend. I’d happily go there again if I were to go back to ABQ.

Our server Lillie attempted to rush my group through our meal. She immediately asked if we knew what we wanted when we sat down and was visibly bothered when we wanted a few minutes to review the menu. She was irritated when I asked for a refill on my water. We had not gotten through more than a couple bites and a few sips of our drinks before she began pressuring us to get boxes and to pay the check. I believe we had had our food for maybe 10-15 minutes. I was the last in my party to pay and she made a show of glaring at me and checking her watch and rolling her eyes for 10 minutes then walked to the table and snapped at me that I was preventing her from leaving because I had not paid my check yet and it was unfair that I was doing this to her because she had worked 12 hours. I had not had half of my meal or my drink and had intended to order more but was unable to due to the poor service from Lillie

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Chili’s was frustrating from start to finish.
We were seated at a table that hadn’t even been wiped down. Crumbs and residue were still on the surface, which immediately set the tone. After being seated, we waited roughly 20 minutes just to have our drink order taken. Not brought out — just taken.
Once we finally ordered our food, we waited another 30 minutes. Then, about 30 seconds before the plates were delivered to the table, I was told they had run out of steak — the main component of my meal. That information could have, and should have, been communicated much earlier. Instead, everyone else at the table received their food and began eating while I was told mine would be an additional wait.
No one enjoys sitting there watching their group eat while they wait on a replacement meal that only became necessary due to poor communication and lack of inventory awareness.
To make matters worse, I was told my bill would be discounted for the inconvenience. It wasn’t. I was charged full price.
Mistakes happen. Restaurants get busy. But basic cleanliness, timely communication, and honoring what you tell a customer are the bare minimum. This wasn’t a one-off inconvenience — it was a chain of preventable failures.
Extremely disappointing experience.

We keep coming to this chilis for our server Lilly. Every Saturday me and my father in law come for those shaker margaritas. Lilly goes above and beyond every single time, she takes our order in Spanish which makes it easier for my father in law and she makes sure we are always taken care of, shoutout to the server Alejandro, he has served us whenever Lilly is not there.

Went there on 10/19/25. The waitress was completely rude our food came out cold I ordered fajitas no tortillas came with my meal. I asked for them and said our food was cold and she rolled her eyes and I asked for a manager and the “manager” came out and ran to the back and would not come back out to handle the situation at hand (that’s her job) I said I would pay for the meal my son was eating because it came out good and was charged 47.00 for a burger meal and two drinks. Completely unacceptable. The bartender was actually amazing and tried to make things better. She should be the manager instead of the one that can’t handle her position..
