Would give it 4.5 stars if I could. I’m a big Chili’s fan and this one is a good one. Service was attentive even though they were packed & we got our food in a good period of time. The food was delicious but the only disappointment was that my steak was a little underdone (I ordered medium and got medium rare).

Good place to go to get a good bite to eat and watch some games on the TV’s that they have. The restsurant has a good bar and plenty of seating around the building. Their food is good as I normally get the spicy chicken ranch sandwhich with froes and it hits the spot. Their endless chips and salsa is great as it is an excellent starter for your meal. Will be back for more good food.

I ordered fajitas….. and look I realize it’s Chili’s we’re not talking about a Michelin star restaurant here but literally the chicken was completely and I do mean completely unseasoned. The onions and green peppers look like they were boiled in water there was not an ounce of caramelization anywhere. I was tired and didn’t feel like reordering so I got everything to go and recooked it in a skillet at my house with some fajita seasoning and amazingly enough they look like fajitas when I was done and tasted like fajitas it was a miracle……. Chili’s you have got to do better I’ve literally had better fajitas at Taco Bell not even kidding!!!!

It has been about 5 years since I have been I a Chili’s due to their declining service and for quality. This Terrell location pushed me over the edge to never return to any of their locations. 2 hours to eat lunch…!!! Seriously!!??? Got to watch a manager walk around with a nose ring asking people how their lunch was. Looked like she was getting an ear full there too! Get your act together. Too many choices to eat out there and I know you can do better.

This is a fun place to meet the kids and grandkids. It’s about an equal drive for all of us, so when by happy coincidence our schedules all open at the same time, we’ll call a,spontaneous family meeting at the family-friendly tables at Chili’s. They’ll push two tables together to accommodate the whole group, and we can use our infrequent free time to laugh and visit instead of driving hither and yon or burning up. The food is good but not great – way better than fast food. But the congenital staff and relaxed atmosphere makes the whole experience a 5 Stars event .

Server was great. Food was hot. Food there is okay nothing special it’s chilis. Worst part of the visit was the bar tender whom ever it was on Sunday from the hours of 8-9pm (08-20-23)just didn’t care about our drinks, first off waited over 12 min for a frozen sangria and “ watermelon margarita”. Drinks come and the margarita isn’t as advertised . So we ask for another drink then the bar tender gives the server the syrup for it and that’s when I knew we had a careless bartender, do your damn job and make the drink otherwise don’t embrace your role. Then decides to put it as “goodwill “iykyk. Won’t be here again…Maybe for the beers the bartender might know how to do that properly.

Worst Chili’s that I have ever been too. My family of four got seated quickly but then our server was unattentive. Rarely checked on us. When we got our food my order was wrong. When the server finally checked on us she said “You should have said something.” I would have if she had checked on us, it was like 15-20 minutes after we got served. After finally getting my order, and eatting I went to pay and they wanted to charge me for the incorrect order. It took another 15 minutes to get the servers attention, to correct it. I have been to other Chili’s that were far more busy and got better service. This was not during lunch or dinner hour, and there were tables open.
