Chili’s Bar & Grill is easily one of my all-time favorites! I got the chips and salsa, a burger with fries, and a side of mac & cheese — everything came out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. This particular Chili’s is the one that first put me on to the brand, and ever since that first visit, I’ve never looked back. The food, the service, and the atmosphere are always spot on. I don’t regret a single visit — this place really set the standard for what good casual dining should be!

On the same night of the Rowlett Chili’s saying they charge for fried chicken on Cajun chicken pasta we went to the Firewheel location. This location is 100 times better, friendlier staff, no wait, didnt charge extra for fried chicken. This is the location to go to. Shout out to Misty, Bri the manager and Jenny! Hands down a reason to visit! Rowlett Chili’s should close shop.

Been to other Chili’s all over Texas but this one’s quite good. Mostly due to our exceptional seever Dana, who was very attentive without crowding us during our meal. She anticipated our needs, based on our food preferences. Food was quick to arrive yet cooked well. Busy Friday night yet staff were efficient in cleaning & getting the tables ready for the next guests.

Atmosphere was great, the manager Corey was very nice and friendly. The service Dana was good, could have been better.. my family and I waited a long time for our food. Overall it was okay.. just need more Comprehension on when taking orders. OMG, my parents came in town for the Thanksgiving week and as a pre-Thanksgiving dinner, they wanted to dine at Chili’s. I, myself, had not eaten at a Chili’s restaurant in over 10 years and when I say I have been sleeping on Chili’s…I have been sleeping on Chili’s. The service was great here and Cory (the supervising manager) and Misty (our waitress) worked diligently to make sure that we had a satisfactory experience. I ordered the Big Smash Burger as recommended by my mom who dines here frequently. And can I say? DELICIOUS. Definitely recommend.

Had their smashed burger and it’s was the bomb! Love going there and this is the 2nd or 3rd time we got taken care by waiter Ian. He is too awesome. When you walk in see that you ask for his section and he will make you feel welcome and take care of you , he’s the best!

I had a friend come visit for the weekend on 2/7/26 and we decided to come get dinner here after we saw a movie. I hadn’t been in a while and it was close by. Max was an absolutely amazing server. He made us laugh so much. Please give him a raise! Food was delicious as always but I felt like he was the main star.

I brought my fiancee down here for some mozzarella sticks and they did not disappoint. The chipotle ones were the best. Drinks were fire, food was great. I left a very happy man. The waiter was very friendly and the food didn’t take long. I’m glad we made a great choice.

The food well, it’s Chili’s. Nothing extraordinary but the manager is a joy. It just so happens that my husband’s bday is next week and I wanted the free cake. Corey (manager) came over to our table and excitedly wish him a happy bday like it was something special. Bdays aren’t anything that we really celebrate but it was a really nice gesture from the Chili’s team. We will be back to visit Corey’s store for sure.
