We had amazing service! Our server was Alex, he had absolutely outstanding customer service! He made our experience! We had three people in our party and it came to around 65 with taxes! We ordered a 6 piece Nashville Hot Mozzarella stick appetizer and two 5 piece chicken crispers! It was a wonderful meal would recommend and am coming back!

Chili’s always serves up good food. We had the “3 for me” & it was a lot of food. Ate til we were about to bust, then took some home. Burger was cooked to perfection & the chicken sandwich was nicely done. Fries, as usual, we’re fantastic & a nice little side salad with Bleu cheese dressing was fresh & crisp. Our server, Alex, was attentive & service was right on. Restaurant was clean & even tho it was during the dinner rush, things were moving smoothly. Thanks! (Forgot to take photos when the meal came…lol).

To whom this may concerned suing the hell out of Chili’s over something they put in food they did not supposed to put in and a few couple other reasons but I’m not going to say much about that but Ryan knows the manager I guess Dana at sleep inn and all that okay cause me a lot of issues okay something they didn’t supposed to say anything about okay I have proof so you guys just stand back and watch and see what happens I thought some people was my friends but apparently not they’re not so but anyhow see what happens I have a very very good lawyer he don’t hardly lose and he’s not going to lose this time. Stand back and watch you think I’m kidding You’re sadly sadly wrong soon as I get well enough and my son is taking care of most of it then back in March and see what happens it’s going to be an an exciting time good for me bad for them yeah this is not over yet I was going to let it drop but I know the circumstances what Dana and everybody said over at sleep in I’m going to recap and go through with the lawsuit of what they did to my food and did not supposed to do caused me a lot of issues but we’ll see what happens My lawyer is very good and he will win he will run Chili’s to the ringer so goodbye for now

After 9:00 on Tuesday evening as NWA is still trying to thaw out after the snowstorm, we were late for a 7:00 concert so didn’t have time to eat. After passing one closed restaurant after another for a couple of miles, we found Chili’s. From bartender Casey’s first smile and greeting, we felt like we were beloved friends in her home. Everyone else we saw & interacted with was also friendly and welcoming, and we never felt rushed even though we didn’t leave until 10:00. The food was excellent. The side salad was wonderfully fresh even though it was the end of the day. The soup was delicious, and our burgers were perfectly cooked and the fries hot, crisp and not greasy. We don’t eat out a lot, but this Chili’s is now on our favorite list!

We go here about once a month, and the service is generally good. A year ago we had Neil as our server, and we were blown away by the service he provided. Friendly and attentive without being overboard or coming across as insincere, and always right on time with further needs throughout our meal without us having to ask or try to get his attention. Just Johnny on teh spot the whole time, even though he was working several tables.
So, when we went today, we were thrilled to see that Neil would be helping us again for the first time in a year. I’m terrible at names, but he was such a great server that I remembered his. Once again on this visit, Neil was terrific in all respects!
Seriously, Neil needs to be the example by which all other servers are trained! Neil is a 5-star kinda guy!
What did need some help on this visit is the person (NOT Neil) who never actually greeted us when we arrived and just mumbled “how many” without even looking at us. Then, again without looking or smiling at us, asked us to follow him, and then after putting out menus on the table immediately walked away before we even arrived at the table and mumbled, again, without looking at either of us, “enjoy your meal.”

I went in for lunch. It was just me so I sat in the bar area. Ordered the 3 for me but never received anything but my hamburger No drink, no chips and salsa. When I asked to speak with the manager I heard my server tell the manger she didn’t bring my food cause she didn’t real as I would tip. The manger was ok with this and well mistakes happen. Will not ever go back which is disappointing because the food is amazing. But poor service and management

Jacob was hands down one of the best waiters we’ve had at Chili’s. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about our experience. Drinks stayed full, food was perfect, and he kept a great attitude the entire time. Service like his is why we’ll be back!
