11/19/24. Dinner was served. It has been a long time sense I have been to a TGIF. So their were plenty of seats available when we visited. The restaurant was a little to dark for me. They could use a little more lights suits easier to read the menu. The service was quick and easy. The food was pretty good also. All in all the experience was good.

There were hardly any patrons in the restaurant, and we were at one point the only patron in the bar. We told the bartender and manager that we had come in to see a particular game, and despite this, they put the game on a TV without audio and on a TV that kept stuttering. Even after indicating the game wasn’t playing properly, the manager did not swap it to a different television. Obviously the staff wasn’t concerned with who was actually in the restaurant, and that is an opportunity for them to improve.

Could not be more disappointed! We gave up on this place over a year ago because of the service, or lack there of!
Went again tonight to try again after all this time, while waiting in line, a group before us was frustrated with how long it was taking to be seated WHEN THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE WAS WAITING. They said the foods good but the service sucks. I was like omg I hope this isn’t a sign lol.
Finally we all got seated, we had our three kids with us. Got seated and after 17 minutes never saw a single waitress. No one took our drink order, greeted us, nothing. We left! We will definitely never return to this place again. After all this time sad to see nothing has changed.

The Cheddar Bacon Omelet Burger was amazing! I never eat burgers, decided to give it a try and it was insanely delicious. I also got the Frozen Lava Flow cocktail and mercy it was like a wonderful melted milkshake in a cup; it did lack enough alcohol. We were not a fan of the newly changed Spinach and Artichoke Dip. The dip is now a smaller portion and the new recipe is bland. Our server was friendly and quick.

Very disappointed with our experience. We spent over $100 on our order, and not only did they get it wrong, but we had to drive more than 30 minutes back to get what was missing. When we called, the manager was rude instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. It’s really frustrating to be treated that way after spending so much money. Businesses should remember that the customer is the one keeping them running. Definitely expected better service.

We enjoyed traditional Buffalo chicken wings (which were very meaty), New England clam chowder and Caesar salad with croutons. The coffee is served in a large mug and it was good. Our server Justin was great- friendly and funny. Overall it was a pleasant dinner.

Food was not great looked like no prep was done and care in presentation. Wit staff was doing there best no complaints there. But the facility it self was disgusting you can tell no pride in the store and its appearance the carpets, windows, lights, menus all were dirty.. just wanted some wet wipes to clean our booth.

First time visit to this Friday’s. Great food and service. My 4 year old grandson loved the sliders and fries off the children’s menu. He had fun playing Connect Four in the bar area.
