This was my second or third time visiting this location. We like it because its one choice that stays open passed 8:00p.m. in this town! We always enjoy the wait staff because they are attentive and nice and this visit was no different. Our waitress Amaya was amazing! She was very patient with us, answered our questions, and made sure that from the beginning to end of our visit was pleasant. She noticed when my husband’s drink was low and brought him more. She removed dirty dishes almost as soon as we put them to the side. She even gave us to-go drinks with our meals which was great! Ways they can improve: the sign outside on the building and on the street is not illuminated. Seeing to turn into the parking lot was difficult. As far the food, I had the shrimp pasta and the sauce to pasta ratio was off, having too much sauce but not enough pasta and shrimp to even it out. Other than these two things, which the first is huge, can make a difference I believe in their bottom line.

I’ve been to this Chili’s restaurant many times. This last time, I had the warm chips and salsa for the appetizer, the grilled salmon with broccoli and rice for the entree, and the skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. It was good, as usual, but not great. This one is always above average, no matter when I come or who is cooking.
As for service, it’s a busy place with lots of customers every day. For that reason, it feels understaffed. The wait staff is always friendly, but getting their attention can be difficult at times because they are always working with one customer after another after another. The service is slow not due to lack of effort but lack of adequate staff.
The atmosphere is typical Chili’s: Bar with seating, cafe tables, main dining area. The only real decor are the many TVs tuned to sports channels. I love sports, so that’s fine! When I visit, it’s usually to watch a game (saw the amazing 2024 Super Bowl here!). It just doesn’t lend a lot of character to the place.

In-house dining is good but pick-up service and food quality leaves much to be desired. On my most recent visit, there were were multiple parties arguing in the parking lot. I parked a safe distance away to pick up my order. If this restaurant is going to survive in Natchitoches, they’re going to have to up their game.

Chili’s is Chili’s. Food is the same at them all, the service is the problem here. We didn’t eat this time because we sat and no one ever came to the table. While 4 staff were by the kitchen door just standing and talking and looking at the dining area but not paying attention. This was the worst time,but definitely been the trend. Which is why we’ve not gone as often. So if we get an urge for a triple dipper we’ll be doing it to coincide with a trip to Shreveport or Alexandria.

We had a server named Sky or Skylar and she was absolutely rude. I was trying to order my food and I accident has my speech impediment come out. I said wack or ribs instead of rack and she laughed and went wack of wins. Absolutely awful and she was rude when I asked for a drink and said uh we don’t make those absolutely not. I am 17 and writing a bad review about a restraint. Get it together Nachitoches Chilis!

I do pick up a majority of the time my order is always correct and it’s always ready at the time it’s said to be. Staff are very friendly I’m always greeted with a smile and served in a nice and timely manner.

The waitress was great. She asked to be our waitress because she liked my niece’s hair and shirt. She was super attentive. My mom was able to celebrate her birthday early with 2 for 1s. Food was hot fresh and good. Decent prices. Only downfall was that the bathroom floor was super slippery and the hand towel dispenser was broke
