The green chili burro was pretty good, not dry like other places.
The shredded beef on the taco was not very tender. The service was good and everyone was friendly. The green salsa for the chips was real good.

We came on Friday during lunch and the placed was pretty empty. We stood in the front waiting to be acknowledged. After a few minutes the bar tender asked if we wanted to eat then told us to seat ourselves. This places was super dark for lunch. We had to use a flashlight on our phones to read the menu. It took a while to get our waters. The chips were under cooked and gooey. They dont have salsa they have a green sauce and a red sauce which mirror enchilada sauce. As an appetizer we order the jalapeño bombs. These are your typical frozen food and was served still cold in the middle. We were able to pick them up right after hitting the table. The ranch dipping sauce wasn’t very good and had a sour taste. I ordered the lunch mini chimi and my husband had the pick 2 lunch combo. Ay this restaurant they bring each plate out when done instead of the entire table at once. The rice was gross and tasted like from a bag. The shredded chicken chimi was cooked well and crunchy. The sauce had no flavor. While bringing out some hot sauce the server dropped it on the table landing all over my phone, the table, and on me. She asked if I wanted and napkins. I was a bit frustrated because i dont want to sit with hot sauce on my person or personal items. I ate the chimi and didn’t finish the rest. My husband’s tacos one beef and one chicken were very bland. With this restaurant being in the young town area we should have expected the lack of seasoning. Overall table service was very slow and not checked in on enough for water refills. It was our first experience here and sure will be our last. The server had 4 tables and the bartender had 2 customers very slow for a Friday lunch and the service was not up to par. Some of the menu items are more expensive and not worth it. I make better mexican food and would save money by staying home.

Hubby came home and said we have to go out to eat there! He said the place felt very nice and welcoming when he went to pick up our order. The price is a bit high but totally worth it once you TASTE their cooking. Heavenly. Their chimmi crust is buttery and flaky. I’ve never experienced any like it. Just heavenly! Can’t wait to try more from the menu. Thank you!

Decided to try a restaurant i drive by frequently and was not disappointed, greeted immediately upon entering, served drinks, appetizers and main course in short order, food choices are good with plenty to appeal to everyone in your party, alcohol drinks were smooth going down and the bill fair going out the door, will come in again, 5 stars.

We got together 7 neighbors and went for dinner on New Years Eve. My husband and I have been there before, the other 5 had not. All 5 of my neighbors said they would definitely go back and sorry they hadn’t tried it before, we only live 10 minutes down the road. Almost everyone cleaned their plates except for 2 that said it was too much and the rest was for dinner the next day. Everyone thought the prices were very reasonable compared to another favorite Mexican restaurant. Staff was wonderful. We will be back.

We have come here many times and the food has always been great. Tonight, we came with 2 friends. Bibiano’s does chips and salsa; they have 2 salsa that they bring out. Both are quite tasty, but there red sauce can be a little zippy for some.

All 3 of my dinner companions had enchiladas with sides. 2 of them had enough to take home for another meal. My wife also has a chili relleno a la carte; she says it is amongst the best she has ever had. The relleno can be extremely variable as to its spiciness and sour creme to tone it down may be necessary.

I tried a Grilled Shrimp Burrito for the 1st time and will probably not go with it again. I have done fajitas on multiple occasions and their special chicken fried steak–very unlike any CFS you have ever had. I highly recommend those.

They have been offering complimentary sopapillas for desert and I would not pass that up either.

Our waiter, Chris, is a hoot. He makes everyone feel like they are part of the family.

My wife is very handicapped, but the accessible parking is so close that she can normally make it in walking with my help. Not something that happens at many places.

Finally, we visited this local gem that’s been around for years! One of the best Mexican Restaurants in Arizona and their longevity speaks for itself! The service was excellent, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious! We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners Paula, we cannot say enough about how cordial & polite she was. We re-visited and had the Taco & Enchilada plates and loved em! We look forward to coming back to Bibiano’s and supporting their amazing restaurant & hopefully the community with our Elite Tabletops.
