Listen, This Location Knows What They’re Doing. The Patties On The Bacon Rancher Burger Were Perfectly Cooked, Seasoned, & Juicy! The Bun Was Soft & Buttery And The Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers Never Disappoint! The Loaded Street Corn & Loaded Mash Were Perfection As Well. Love Me Some Chili’s. Only Deducted A Star Because The Side Salad I Had Was Disappointing.

We came in for lunch. We noticed many of our favorite dishes have been removed from the menu. To drink we ordered mango iced tea, watermelon iced tea and water with lemon. The iced teas tasted good.
For an appetizer We got the trio of dips: guacamole, white queso and salsa. The guacamole needed salt, but was otherwise tasty. The white quest was delicious but when delivered to the table, that particular dip bowl wasn’t filled up, we would have liked more. The salsa is a favorite of mine, not spicy. The chips were warm, thin, crispy and had just the right amount of salt.
I ordered the quesadilla explosion salad, minus the corn salsa, and with crispy chicken. It was delicious! I usually get it with grilled chicken. The crispy chicken made it so much better. I did like that the salad did not have dressing already on it, like it had been done in the past. I had leftovers, so now my chicken will still be crispy.
My mom got a house salad with blue cheese dressing and a bowl of loaded potato soup. She enjoyed both dishes.
My husband ordered chicken fajitas, which smelled so good when they arrived at the table. I am guessing they were good because he ate almost all of it. They came with some fixings (see picture).
My son got the Big Mouth Bites with fries. He enjoyed then and cleaned his plate.
Our server was attentive and the hostess was friendly. We will be back!

We eat at chili’s in slidell regularly and it’s always great. Won’t ever go back to this location. We asked for our burgers to be well done, ok so mine was pink and so was my wife’s. Buns was oily also. So sent my wife’s back I didn’t send mine because I had already took a couple bites because I was so hungry. Hers comes back and it’s worse than before. Completely pink. Now I understand most people like that however, we don’t. I like my meat well done, the server even asked before hand how do you want it cooked. Very few people were there and I see why. I feel bad because it’s been years since I left a bad review but, 3xs cooked and it comes out pinker than the first gross.

We had two apps. The Triple Dipper was fine except the chicken tenders were a bit overcooked.
Our nachos were problematic. First of all they generally come with ground beef (per the menu), but our waitress said “Do you want your nachos with chicken or with no protein.” When I asked about the ground beef, she just said “yeah we don’t have beef anymore.”
Then, when the nachos came to the table. They were very odd looking. The chips were fanned across 2/3 of the plate in a crescent with melted cheese, chicken chunks, and jalapeño slices. In the open part of the plate, there was a small amount of shredded lettuce, a small bit of pico de gallo and some sour cream. There also was a small ramekin of ranch dressing.
When the nachos arrived, I said they were very unusual looking.. She replied “yeah, that’s an unusual presentation. We have some new people in the kitchen. I used to work in the kitchen and that’s not the way I did nachos.”
She did not however offer to take them back to the kitchen to have them done the proper way, or have a manager come to the table and see what our options would be.
The nachos tasted okay, but there was an unusual spice on them that I couldn’t identify, and there was far to little of the lettuce, pico de gallo, and sour cream for a plate of nachos.

I can recall a time when Chili’s was one of my favorite chain restaurants. Occasionally I still give it a chance, but despite multiple revamped menu offerings… it continually fails to impress. I had the gourmet brisket burger that you can actually request cooking temps on. I had mine at medium, which it was, but the patty just didn’t have the gourmet burger flavor. The brisket was almost nonexistent and as bland as the burger. With it costing more that the double 1lb burger… I was expecting to see brisket piled on. Service and friendliness was great and they largely provided what I expected… so 4 stars.

Dani helped me when I was sitting at the bar and was very attentive and helpful. She had a super friendly demeanor and I really enjoyed talking with her! She even had a Togo box and lids ready for me because she heard me mention earlier on that I had make two meals out of my order. Awesome service!

I Have Visited many Chili’s franchises and none can compete with the service and the atmosphere of the Mandeville Chili’s location.
You’re always greeted with a smile and the staff seems to be really enjoying serving the guests. I frankly HAVE NO IDEA how the Hammond location is still in Business. Messing up my order once is understandable but twice in 3 months. Whosever is in charge needs to either be fired or go to some sort of seminar on HOW TO RUN A RESTAURANT

I decided to bring one of my sisters here for dinner tonight and as usual the food was good except we were kinda bummed when we found out they had ran out of Mac and cheese BUT, it was the amazing service that truly made the whole night. From the moment we were seated, our waiter, Joe, greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was very patient with us. He was also attentive without being intrusive. He anticipated our needs, ensuring our drinks were always full and checking in at just the right moments to see if we needed anything. His friendly demeanor created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated and personable waiter, and Joe’s exceptional service elevated our experience to a whole new level. Overall, Chili’s was pretty good, not only for its food but also for the outstanding service provided by Joe. He is a true asset to the restaurant, and I highly recommend requesting his section when you make your reservation. Thanks to Joe, our evening was a success, and we can’t wait to return! But if you want an amazing experience definitely ask for the waiter Joe!!!
