Had to wait to get seated a while. No one was in front greeting customers. Then, we had to wait 5-10 minutes before we had a waitress come to our table. There were 3 big groups having birthday parties also. They did apologize 3 times, but they should hire more staff to take care of customers. Hardly any staff working, waitress complained about having to work 12 hours shifts…

had to wait 15mins to get seated. was denied a table bc they didnt have enough waitress. was force to squeeze 5 ppl in a booth, which 2 being an infant in carseat and a toddler. i was denied an high chair. endup ordering food to go due to poor accommodation. After all this still had food missing

The food is always good there “when u finally get it.” Atmosphere is like any other restaurant, so no complaints there either. The complaint is with the service. It’s horrible, impolite, snail pace slow and they’re very disorganized. Last time there I left after 30 minutes of not being seen by anyone.

30 min wait wasn’t horrible, the hour and a half wait for food was ridiculous. Mind you it’s Valentine’s day so whatever. Appetizer comes out quick but main meal not so much. Mind you it was 2 steaks and shrimp. After and hour and a half the only hot thing on the plate was mashed potatoes. Steaks were wrond and shrimp was raw. $90 later still get to go home and cook our own food
