I’m updating my review below. Jennifer called me within 24 hours to discuss my concerns. That’s customer service at it’s best. This store has excellent staff and my normal purchase of the half pound roast beef is always excellent. Hopefully the buyer for Arby’s voices this concern to the supplier.

Young man taking our order was very patient (I’d never been here before). Our order was large so we were asked to wait in front of the entrance. The man who took our order apparently forgot one of our bags and came sprinting out to catch us! I’m impressed that the young folks working there aren’t POS. Thanks guys!!!
