From start to finish, our server was amazing. Drinks were always topped off, and she made sure we had everything we could possibly need without ever being intrusive. Attentive, kind, and thoughtful, she really elevated our entire dining experience. It’s one of those rare moments where great service makes the food and atmosphere even better. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a good time, and it definitely showed. We left impressed and satisfied, and I’d happily return just for that kind of friendly, attentive service.

I haven’t been here in about 10 years but it was a great visit. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us frequently. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Bowl and it was delicious. Also, with my meal I got the Arctic Drift frozen margarita. That was also so good. This experience was amazing and is definitely somewhere I want to come to again.

I can’t comment on the service or atmosphere since my son is level 3 autistic I picked up our food , long story short I don’t eat out much when I do I tip above average and make sure the people feel appreciated. When in return I don’t feel appreciated for my business is what pisses me off. If I’m gonna pay 30$ for an entree and I receive a portion cup of pico that fits on one taco like bro cmon, my fiancé can’t eat meat so I ordered a side of the Texas cheese fries with no bacon. Nothing crazy just don’t sprinkle your pre cooked bacon on what I ordered? And not even that can be done right. My total was 140 with a 24$ tip 10$ for taxes and I rounded up to ST JUDE as everyone should. If I’m gonna eat out and tip and go out of my way to pay top dollar my food it better be right . Do better or higher better not my problem but I won’t be back

they were very busy but nothing new for a saturday night. everyone was still very attentive and nice! our waitress madalyn with the red hair tips was AMAZING. she was very on top of everything while being so kind and still having meaningful conversations. 10/10 service

I mean what a birthday to remember! Our server Kayla was an absolute legend! She fixed my order, helped me when my food was too spicy, made sure to check in regularly, and brought me an awesome dessert for my birthday! It was my first time at Chili’s, and we had a pretty good experience! We got our food quickly, and it was super fresh. Our waitress was also very kind and made us feel welcome. We’ll definitely be back again!

Food was great. Service was awful. Our appetizer was brought after the meal. Waitress was rude she actually raised her voice to tell me I hadn’t ordered an.appetizer. When I told her what it was, she said oh ya, I probably gave it to someone else. Never checked on us. Table behind us was screaming loudly and the “f” word was in every sentence. Not a family friend restaurant anymore. Too bad because the food is always so good.

I was greeted by a pleasant hostess, as soon as I walked in. She let me pick a small botb, since they weren’t too busy that day. I needed to wait for a friend, as he was running a bit late, so they gave me plenty of time to order. Upon using the bathroom, I discovered that the entire place seems to be using interior fixtures from the 70’s or 80’s, which is pretty standard for an establishment of that sort.
Anyway, once I ordered and my friend arrived, the food was served shortly after, which was a pleasant surprise. Nearly everything on their menu looks and tastes as if it was home cooked. I probably wouldn’t recommend any of the desserts or “soft drinks”, for their fat and sugar content, but nearly everything else is fairly healthy.
If you’re in the area, then I highly recommend this gem of a local place.

I went into this establishment (first time) expecting the normal restaurant runaround but was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint was the server took us to a booth instead of a table. We had a 2 year old with us and told them we wanted a table but I guess they place quantity over personal preference. The food was good, the service fast, and price was decent.
