I usually dont have bad experiences here but tonight was a WHOLE different experience altogether. The staff does not give a care for their jobs from the individuals at the drive-thru all the way through the kitchen and the manager. They made my order 4 times and got it wrong EVERY TIME! Then the manager proceeded to hand me a box of pickles because the cook continued to not make my order correctly. I wont be coming back to this location. Poor service and poor attitudes

Oh, where do I even begin with my delightful experience at this drive-thru? I ordered my food, paid like a good customer, and then arrived at the second window—only to be greeted with the stunning news that they couldn’t find my order. Brilliant! Naturally, they suggested I park in the “reserved” spot, as if I was on some exclusive VIP list.
After an excruciating 20 minutes of waiting, I returned to the drive-thru like a loyal puppy, only to have the so-called “manager” question if I even paid. Seriously? I had to pull up my bank account to prove I hadn’t just magically conjured my meal out of thin air. And guess what? They wanted me to wait again!
What kind of circus is this? I didn’t sign up for a day-long stay at McDonald’s. I thought I was just grabbing a quick bite, not auditioning for a reality show about the world’s worst service. “Disappointed” doesn’t even scratch the surface at this point. Bravo, team—really knocking it out of the park!

The visit at this location will be my last at any McDonald’s anywhere. McDonald’s has been transformed into a dysfunctional, self service, catastrophe, where fast food isn’t fast or good. To start with, there was no one at the front counter, so I had to ring myself up. No problem. Waited and waited because the crew is concentrating on serving the drive through. There are no self serve sofa machines, so you have to rely on the one busy lady who is working on orders for delivery and drive through customers. So guess what, you’re not getting a drink or a refill. Waited forever for a biscuit and a drink. The gravy biscuit came out with almost no gravy on it. So McDonald’s is getting over by charging over $4 for a biscuit. The remainder of the experience isn’t much better. This is the number 1 restaurant in the world? There has to be someone else who can beat these stingy, greedy money makers, who are giving their customers little to nothing. They will never get another penny from me. I’m out!

Don’t come here Sunday mornings. As soon as we walked in to order, an employee was yelling at the managers before going on his break. Immediately following, we ordered. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food, which we weren’t the only ones. Another customer asked for a refund because he waited so long. Oh, and that employee that went on break, came back in smelling like a weed dispensary. They have no order in the kitchen whatsoever and just constantly yell back and forth for what they need and don’t get it. We won’t be coming back here and will drive the extra distance to a different McDonalds because the way this one is ran is atrocious.

I get it’s fast food but when you get your cheeseburgers and it looks like they stepped on it and the burger looks like it’s been sitting there for 12 hours. Maybe it’s time the owner needs to fine some new employees. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area go to exit 28 or exit 23. Those McDonald’s are a lot better cleaner and spot on stay away from this one at exit 25. They do not care about reviews and they do not care if your stuff is messed up.

Came thru drive thru around 2pm today 11/12/25, Female Black Manager at window is clueless and ignorant. Gave us the wrong order then corrected the order then gave us our food back with no fries, gave it back to her and she forgot the drinks. Insane! Food cold. The black male manager was excellant! Where is he? Do better!

I was the first lunch order of the day. Received my drive through order and it was inedible. The bun was stale and hard, like it had been microwaved. Fries were burnt, some were literally black. The half filled container of fries were like sticks that were crunchy. Whoever decided to serve that to a customer should be fired. They had to have been aware that the fries were totally burnt and served them anyway.
