Good beer, awful food.

You’re better off just going to a fast food place. You’ll get better service and someone might actually pay attention to you. I know this is an airport, so I don’t expect great things. The staff will walk by you, look at you, and completely ignore you. Once you do get seated, someone will stop by and tell you to scan a qr code for the menu and place your order over your phone. I saw other customers who wanted to place their orders with an actual person and the staff was rude and visibly annoyed. Besides telling me to order on my phone, the only other time someone interacted with me was bringing me my food and drink. Time to pay… You guessed it, do it on your phone. The food was mediocre at best. So many better options than this place at O’hare.

I rarely leave reviews, especially for an airport restaurant as expectations are naturally adjusted. However, this was such a comically bad experience that management has to see it.

7/8 Not sure if I went to this one or the other at the airport. My experience was wonderful compared to the Cubs grill. Great customer service, delicious burger, cold beer and met some very nice travelers. A wonderful layover experience.

I waited more than 45 minutes for my order. When I asked if it everithing was fine, because my flight was near and several people that arrived after me were alredy eating, waiter was unpolite.

Slow service, though waitress was nice. Ordered salmon meal, the salmon was okay, but the broccoli & Spanish rice was dry & tasteless. O’Hare Terminal 3 has the worst food choices of all the domestic airports I’ve been.

Order your own food and pay online?? Why even pay staff to seat you? Front counter “greeter” was unfriendly and seemed less than receptive when we requested a booth after a 2 hour flight. She acted like she would rather be anywhere but here. Other customers received the same treatment. Food gets 3 stars, fast and good, but the online ordering option to make special requests apparently does not exist, as our burger came with all toppings, not as requested. Maybe my expectations for a sit down restaurant at O’Hare were too high, but it seems this is the way many restaurants are going, regardless of location in an airport or standalone.

No bathroom unless you leave out the wire. Best spot to stretch your legs waiting your flight.

I don’t expect much fine dining and class at our US airports anyways – overpriced bad food, crowded. But this was a bad enough experience worth commenting on. The chicken friers were dry, one of them refried to a point it may have collapsed into dust. The bartender was not only rude and slow, but when I asked for the check, just told me a random number. He was dismayed at my asking for the actual check. He was ignorant of cues from other customers, and when I told him the ketchup is empty, he just snorted before asking me about it to confirm.

Good food great service. The burger was enormous the fries were hot and tasty. The cheese curds crispy crunchy gooeyness. Attentive staff served fast and checked on multiple times.
