It’s like totally fine! It was my first time going (Canadian). Got the triple dipper. The mozza sticks are tasty and have a good cheese pull. Avoid the southwestern eggrolls, they’re funky (not in a good way). I got the boneless wings. Would recommend getting the honey chipotle

6 PM, there was a livey crowd, place was packed. What I’d really like to mention is how upon entering the hostess actually opens the door and greets us.
I mean that was so nice that not only did they greet us but they opened the door to welcome us!
I know it’s not a big thing, but it was nice! Our server, Rylee was awesome.
Very attentive , she came by several times checking on us. When we left, we told her she did a great job and left a generous tip. Upon leaving they opened the door for us and thanked us for coming. I wanted to share this enjoyable evening and seeing that manners are still practiced!

I was surprised by how underrated Chili’s Grill & Bar is. When I visited, it wasn’t crowded—maybe because people consider it “low class”—but honestly, it’s not bad at all! The prices are super affordable, and I even wondered how they make money with portions that big.
I ordered the Big Smash Burger, and it was delicious—thick, juicy, and full of flavor. The drinks were decent too, pretty much on par with what you’d get at other casual dining restaurants.
The only downside was the floor—it could’ve been a bit cleaner—but overall, the food, service, and value really impressed me. Don’t let the reputation fool you. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

I’m not even going to lie.. I really like Chili’s. And I feel like they’ve seriously leveled up from what it used to be years ago. It’s not just the “let’s go here because it’s here restaurant ” it once felt like. The food is actually good and consistent now.
The Triple Dipper is my favorite every single time. It’s perfect when you can’t decide (which is me). And the Steakhouse Combo? So good. It feels a little elevated without being overly fancy. It’s filling, flavorful, and doesn’t disappoint.
Yes, it’s a little pricey like everything else.. especially if you’re adding drinks but honestly, the service is always solid when I go. The staff is usually friendly and on top of things, which matters when you’re just trying to have a nice, easy night out.
And the drinks? They do not miss. I genuinely look forward to the Margarita of the Month. It’s become my little monthly tradition.
Overall, it’s one of those reliable spots you can count on for good food, good drinks, and a vibe that feels easy but still current. Definitely in my regular rotation.

Just like any other Chilis ️. Good spot with good ambience. Within an hour of sitting at the table, having ongoing drinks and unfinished food, the waitress was too soon to assume we’d just pack up and leave the place. Was asking if we’d need a carry out box for the left overs. Not sure why that might be. Could’ve just checked on us how we’re doing so far, like any other place. Otherwise, it was fine.

The friendliest staff we came across recently with the young servers smiling all the time – this is not something you see normally: what a great asset these young women are to this chain!!!!
We selected some items from the Monday – Friday menu and yes, is a great value for money: the soup and quesadillas plus the beans, corn, steak and chips for me asking to be brought according to my specification. Not a problem as I was re-assured here – I wish they multiplied these servers and give their great attitude to all the servers we came across around the world.
That is another good reason to return to this place.

The place by itself has a good look, i think the distribution could be better but it wasn’t too bad. My food took about 15 minutes to be ready, the servers were fast and kind. The food was good, but just that, “Good”. I asked for a burger, it was good but i think they should ask you how cooked you want the meat because i had my burger at about 3/4 and personally, i like the meat well done. But like i said, the food just stays at good

Everything was wrong on our food, waited 45 min before being told they were out of what one of our kids ordered. Crammed 7 people at a way to small table. Our poor server Megan was great in spite of being totally in the weeds with no help from her manager. It was her first day on bar and they had her running between serving tables as well.
