Jill and her trainee were so good. My friend couldn’t make up her mind what she wanted to order but the chips and salsa were so good

What the heck did they do to the queso!?!?!?
It USED TO BE a staple menu item, with meat and a decently-sized portion in a cast-iron akillet. It tasted good & was thick.
Now its runny & tastes like bulk cheese sauce pumped out of a metal can from a poolside concession stand or stale movie theater pump machine. Even then, it’s a very small portion, now in a very small bowl.
Chili’s has inflicted another sad blow to its value by ruining a staple menu item, only to replace it with garbage I’ll never order again.
As a matter of fact, I think it’ll be a LONG time before I even think of returning.
Service is still great & staff is very nice, which is one of the only things going for it. That said, I have pity on them for having to explain why the queso changed & lying about how it’s still good.
Know your customers, Chilli’s!!! Don’t give us more reasons to boycott you & don’t change what worked well.
You obviously took a page out of Cracker Barrel’s botched playbook. Now undo your mistakes & bring back what worked!

Last night my family and I came in for dinner for my son’s bday. Theresa was our server and she was amazing! She went above and beyond. Our drinks were never empty she got all of our food correct and there were 12 of us. Theresa was a delight very friendly and funny too! Thanks Theresa for making my son’s bday celebration a memorable one!!

Stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday night around 7 pm. They were pretty busy when we were sat. WaIted 15 min for a server, none came found the hostess and she found us a server. Figured he didn’t know we were his table. Ordered an appetizer, had to track him down again to place our dinner order. Got the appetizer, the loaded fries were good, could have had more cheese, but I like a lot of cheese lol. We got our soups, we had the chicken tortilla soup, they were lukewarm at best, mine was darker than the other and had more spice to it, was very salty, not sure what they sprinkled it with, but definitely a little heavy handed with whatever it was! We ordered 2 chicken fajita salads with crispers and dressing on the side. The salads were huge, they were pretty good. The burger was delicious. When we looked up the bill on the kiosk we were charged wrong for the soups. We had to track down our server to correct the bill. We had ordered a to go which cost almost $27 and the chicken crispers were missing, which we did not realize till much later after we got home as the person eating it didn’t open it till later.
The table I was sitting at had a good view into the kitchen where we saw lots of staff, including our server having a great time, watched one of them swing their arms into a server carrying chips and salsa sent them flying to the ground. I think it is great they were having fun, but it would have been great if they were doing their jobs too.
The prices seem to have gotten out of hand as well, it was over $100 for the 3 of us and a to go, and they forgot part of the to go order! the food was just ok. We used to love their soup and it really just sucked. I am sure we will not be returning to this location for sure.

The food is one thing, but let’s bring light to Sophie’s fantastic customer service. She’s outgoing and very patient. She suggested a couple things on the menu and checked on us throughout our visit. I’d say she deserves a raise, I appreciate Sophie at this location and will be back someday. All is well with your future endeavors our friend.

Ordered a large amount of food and then they canceled it for no reason and now im broke with no food for my family because the refund takes 3 to 5 business days??? So you can take my money in one second but cant get a refund for almost a week??? I will never be going to this location ever again and the staff is rude and doesnt care at all. Don’t waste your money and avoid this place at all costs. Thanks for nothing

My sister, mother and father and I went out for dinner last night and had a fabulous experience! Service was incredible, I don’t think I have ever had things come out so fast and perfectly. Everybody who helped was kind, from the server to the food runners. I use to manage a restaurant and let me tell you, I was extremely impressed! Our food was amazing, the pictures do not do it justice. And unfortunately I did not catch our servers name but she was a nice young lady with cute red bows in her hair, she was very pleasant and attentive. The only thing I did not like was the Patron Watermelon Margarita, it was very sweet and a little weird-tasting, but I am a beer girl so that’s probably why! Lol. Everything was great, very impressed overall! 🙂

Fajitas for two were a big failure tonight. Steak was tough, shells were hard, much better eating in than getting a delivery, food missing (jalapeño). Delivery service was thru Door Dash & they delivered on time. Just bad experience this time around.
