Social Profile:

It all started in 1972, when owner Judy Waller opened her first U.S. Pizza Company in a burned out clock shop in Levy, AR. Armed with a unique recipe for thin crust pizza and an old fashioned stone hearth oven, U.S. Pizza embarked on a quarter-of-a-century journey that has done everything but dwindle. Since we opened our first store in 1972, we’ve been making our thin crust pizza from scratch when you order it. And we still use stone hearth ovens. That’s one of the reasons our unique pizzas are worth the wait! We pride ourselves in offering you the very best pizza, salads and sandwiches, and we value your patronage

Long-running pizzeria chain serving classic & creative pies, plus sandwiches, beer & wine.

Whoever was cooking on 1/7/26 at about 7:30pm deserves a raise!! I placed my order online and picked it up. Customer service was great from the young lady up front. But the food tonight was probably the best I’ve ever had it!! Bread sticks were actually full of cheese and not overcooked! Turkey and cheese sandwhich was loaded with meat! Salads were great too! Please cook like this all the time!!!

I placed an order for take out on Christmas Eve: 5 large pizzas, 3 large salad supremes, and 2 orders of 4 stuffy sticks. U. S. Pizza has always been my favorite, but unfortunately the quality and taste of the pizzas did not live up to what I had grown to expect. It appears the new owners have cut back on quality. The salads were still good though. Usually, we don’t have a lot of left-over pizza, but there was more left over than eaten. I believe in second chances, but it will be a long time before I go back. My bill was over $200 which included a 22% tip. The server who waited on me was very nice, friendly and heled me get everything to my car, so cudos and thanks to her.

My family went to eat lunch here yesterday (Sunday, October 19th). We all came from Hot Springs, Conway, Cabot, and Arkadelphia to celebrate my birthday, thinking this would be a good place with a lot of options, in a central location……we were wrong! I will NEVER go back to this US Pizza location ever again!

We got there around 12:50pm. We had 9 in our party. What turned out to be the ONLY waitress in the restaurant, seated us. It took me a minute to realize she was on her own in the restaurant, but she was servicing several tables by herself. There were several workers in the back, many at the bar on their phones. The poor waitress was having to seat customers, make the drinks, take orders, do refills, check people out, clean the tables, and turns out even had to make some of our food that never got made. The manager was doing NOTHING but standing there. I was a waitress once, and when you have tables, you are servicing them. But I also know that a good manager is going to help out when he sees his workers struggling.
We ordered 2 small salads, 2 large pizzas, 2 sandwiches, nachos, and BBQ wings. By the time we got our small salads, it was almost 45 minutes after ordering. The 2 pizzas came out about about 20 minutes after that, and one pizza was cold to the touch. I went to the counter and asked them to please put it back in the oven. The vegetables weren’t even cooked. My inlaws waited a very long time for their food, and the order wasn’t even right. The wrong cheese was on a sandwich, and the wrong meat was on the nachos. The waitress had to go back and make that order, because the cooks hadn’t put them in yet. This was almost an hour and twenty minutes after we had ordered the first time. The BBQ wings came out 15 minutes after that with dressing spilled all over them, so the waitress went and made another batch. Those were put in a to-go box because we had been there long enough and just wanted to get out of there.
We were proud of the waitress. She finally voiced her concern of needing help, loudly, to her coworkers. I have never felt such tension in a restaurant, and I have been to many. It made my birthday celebration a very tense one.
The waitress was very sweet, and did a phenomenal job with what she was dealing with. She was pretty much running that restaurant yesterday. If there are cameras in that restaurant, I would hope Corporate looks at them, and sees how the manager did not help AT ALL, and how the kitchen staff had no cares in the world, especially the customers eating at the restaurant. The waitress asked if the wings that had dressing spilled on them had been recooked, probably 15 minutes later. The cook in the back said, “nope.” So, she went back and did them herself.
Our food was not good, there was absolutely NO reason it should take us 1 hour and 40 minutes to get all of our food. Half of us were done and the other half still didn’t have food. My 11 year old nephew got the BBQ wings and he was the last one to get his food. The atmosphere was horrible because we were having to watch our poor waitress run around like a chicken with her head cut off so that all of her tables were being serviced. I counted 9 tables at once having to be taken care of by just her, while the manager was standing behind the bar doing absolutely nothing. I saw him seat two tables and take one order, but this was after we had been there well over an hour. He should be extremely ashamed of himself! He is the reason that I will NEVER go back there.
I hope that sweet waitress can go somewhere else someday and gets a much better job, where she is valued and given help when needed.
Shame on that “manager.” That place is a joke.

No waiters. No help. It took 1 and half hours to get just a sandwhich and a 6in pizza. We had to ask for drinks. The girl that was helping us was the cashier. Last time we were here it took forever for our food and turns out the the guy forgot to put our pizza in…we gave them another chance tonight and we regret it. We will not be back.

This is our Philly Cheesesteak pizza. I counted 10 pieces of actual meat on the entire pizza. I was told the takeout order would take 35 minutes to prepare, and it took 1.5 hours.

I know this place can sometime get a bad rep, but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. I will add that I never dine in, just take out from here. But inside has that classic pizzeria vibe, food is good and salads are always amazing.
