I got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with pickles and it was pretty darn good especially with the honey roasted bbq sauce on it. I’m just sad that my fries were cold because they taste so much worse. Like flavorless and soggy. My first time getting chick fil a in a long time and honestly, it left me disappointed 🙁

It was great we were helped by a girl named Felicity. She was so happy delightful and sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed and then some. She was so helpful with our questions about the food. They have a wonderful young lady working with them. I just wish other places had people working like her.

Every time I come here I always get the best service. Sometimes I make a ton of modifications to my order but they are always so sweet and kind. Making sure they got my order correct and the food is amazing. I love bringing my family here. Tonight Claire helped us and she was so sweet and had amazing customer service. Last time we came Destiny helped us and she was great too, but everyone here is honestly great!! Amysu was the manager and she was great too!!

Honestly ive never really had them before and definitely not in house .. however there customer service is amazing and they listen to your order and in the few times ive been there I have not had to have my order fixed which ilI love that and there food so far is amazing, I’m especially stuck on there kale crunch salad (which I’ve never had before trying this salad) .

Was just here ,Grilled chicken nuggets are kind of gross ick sauce was high variety top notch ,Hailey was amazing she was so nice and helpful with the menu this was my first time eating here and she definitely helped with everything the guy was so rude I asked for a refill and it felt like I was bothering him rolled his eyes and all! the place is clean is a little bit cheaper food definitely subpar put some items were definitely very good but others edible . that guy really bothered me because he’s like what can I do for you?!? just seemed very aggravated towards me when I asked for a refill then hes like here im like thanks have a good one he’s like yeah lol . Overall impression I definitely recommend it and definitely would eat there again

There was a ton of people and you had to sit quite sometime to get your food. It’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the quality of a sit down find restaurant. However, the last several times we have been there their fries have been undercooked. When I asked one of the staff to cook them longer for us they said they don’t do that. I think the lack of customer service is what they are lacking here they obviously I’m confused. that’s why people keep coming back.

Received the nastiest attitude from the she/him in the drive-thru just now because I didn’t know I had to talk to certain employee after placing a pick up order for the drive-thru after speaking to another employee that told me to proceed and the app said to pull around to receive my order. I proceeded to cancel my order and requested to speak to the manager the EMPLOYEE decides to continue and harass me by my car and say I had a nasty attitude when I was simply doing what I was told by the first employee that I talked to like I usually do when I go to this facility. Needless to say they need better training and please refund my order.

I used to live in the South while I was military. I always loved the chicken from this chain restaurant, and was so happy to get new restaurants in Reno/Sparks. I will NOT eat the other chain type chicken places due to the rubbery stringy artificially taste- enhanced chicken with that icky fake crunchy breading and weirdly tasting fries.
So imagine my disappointment I had today when I went to this Chikfila for some tenders and fries, and found out they have bought into the same money saving business model and now are serving the same gross, stringy, rubbery, fake flavor enhanced chicken, with the same icky fake crunchy breading and the icky flavored fries as ALL the other fast chicken places in this valley. Now there is NO WHERE to get a real quality chicken except in a nice restaurant.
Shame on this company for selling out to the same business model, and for charging us the higher pricing for same garbage I can get from the Canes or the Slim Chickens down the street. I’m out, permanently.

Stopped by for lunch! The spicy chicken sandwich patty seemed smaller but equally good. We were given all the sauces we needed along with bringing our food to our table. It was clean inside and out.
