I had a good experience at the Plymouth Chili’s. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was fairly quick even during a busy time. The food tasted fresh and was served hot, and the portion sizes were satisfying. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. A couple of small things could be improved, but overall it was an enjoyable visit and I’d definitely come back again.

It was my first time going to Chili’s and I had such high hopes and I WAS NOT disappointed!! It was clean, the atmosphere and music was great, the food was hot and delicious, and our server RAY was AMAZING!! Ray made sure my first experience here was wonderful, and made the hour drive SO WORTH IT!!! I will be coming back! Thank you Ray and Chili’s staff!! 🙂

Just stopped in for a quick lunch date with my wife. Service was fantastic. Food was excellent! I’ve been a customer of Chilis for almost 30 years. Today was a good example of why. Jacquelyn our server was amazing. Very attentive and stopped by multiple times to check on us. Burgers were amazing. I’ll be back!

I was too slow to finish my review at the restaurant. Ty was an incredible amazing server. One of the best I have had at this location in Plymouth, MN. He was very attentive, helpful and made the experience wonderful. Made me feel like I mattered and always checked in on me. One of the best I have had. Thank you Ty! Happy New Year!

We lucked out when arriving or it would have been a long wait. Once we were seated it took a bit of time to get our drinks or a server for that matter. But once he came, he was very punctual. Food was good as always and the chips and salsa are some of the best that we get. We usually frequent the Shakopee location, due to the understaffing here but this visit wasn’t too bad.

Definitely a better place since the rebranding. Waitress did her best, impacted by staffing it seems like. She tended to us well. My family loved all the food. Would come again, hopefully things are a little more in order next time though.

Is the skillet beef queso cheese deal… so to our displeasure we were told they have discontinued this Absolutly delicious oh so delicious sauce and had been replaced.by a yellow carnival cheese sauce that you will eat while remembering how great the other stuff was… Ever so sad rhe skillet stuff is gone, please oh please bring back the skillet queso and leave the carnival cheese for salty pretzels.. All the other food? It was good and tasty but sadness crept in when the yellow carnival cheese was presented… ok thats it from me, great staff and atmosphere just not great cheese:(

They gave me lots of rice this time!!! Last time I didnt get any and didnt check the order until we got home!! The shrimp was good..chicken was ok,but the fajita veggies were raw..except the pepper!!!They also gave me no lettuce like i asked for!!!The last 2 times have been awful so im not sure i will go back!!!
