We had an excellent experience at the Chili’s Grill and Bar on Medical Center Parkway in Murfreesboro at 2:00 PM today. Our family already loves Chili’s, especially the “3 for Me” Special, which is by far more economical than any fast food option and always a great value for us.
But, today was extra special because of our server – Susan. She was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, super efficient and incredibly attentive. Our Cokes were never empty, our chips & salsa were always topped off and our food arrive quickly and exactly as ordered – even with our special request.
If you’re in the Murfreesboro area, definitely stop by this Chili’s location and ask for Susan – She’s the best.

Items mixed together like I’m a dog I expected you to present it to me like the picture shown instead you got Nashville hot then the honey chipotle then the Nashville hot mozzarella like where is the coordination on the plate you guys such at your job, take pride in your work, there was nobody in the Togo area have a greeter at lease scums, more importantly serves food at the temps you’d want your served at? Feel free to reach out with a sob story on how u managed to fail on tenders basically I asked for extra sauce you fools poured it all on the damn plate an just mixed it like what a waste of money

Susan was absolutely amazing! The service was quick, she was so sweet and attentive, and she made the whole experience even better. Our food came out fast and was delicious. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Susan is truly a star!

My fiance and I had a great experience there at Chilis. Food was amazing,fresh, and hot. Service was also excellent, Susan made sure our order came just like we wanted. The drinks were always full and also just a very kind person to have. Next time we go, hope to see Susan and the whole staff again. Highly recommend!!!

Great atmosphere, great service, and fresh food!! They took good care of me and my fiance. Susan was a tremendous waitress! Made sure we had drinks, apps, and food in seconds. I would post a pic of the food but it was demolished before we even took the phones out. Recommend going back again. Thanks for the great time there!!!

Susan was amazing! She checked on us, never let our drinks get empty and service was so friendly! She is what we miss about service workers. I could tell that the day had not been kind to her but she smiled through it and never let us feel the weight she is carrying. As a business owner and a person who requires my children to work in service because of how hard this industry can be, Susan is the type of employee I would proud to have on my payroll. Watch out Chili’s lol

We went with a big group for my son’s birthday dinner. We love Chili’s and always visit the Smyrna location, but it was more convenient for everyone to go to this location. When we got there, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We did get seated quickly, but the server never introduced themselves to us. I never got a name or a hi or pleasant introductory. On top of that, all our menus were stockpiled in the middle. I had to pass the menus out myself. Then, all the silverware was brought and again, stacked in the middle of the table. I again, I had to pass them all out.
Then we did drink orders. Yet again, they were brought to the center of the table and they just walked away. I had to pass out the drinks.
My husband’s ribs were burnt and my son’s steak was overcooked. My birthday kiddo had to ask 3x to get ranch for his chicken. Our salsa ran out and numerous drinks had run out for a while before we had to flag them down.
We love Chili’s but the service was terrible. Next time, we will continue going to the Smyrna location where the staff is more attentive and polite.
Oh and my birthday kiddo never got sang to or got any dessert. They knew we were there for his birthday and he never even got a happy birthday. Bummer.

THE BEST CHILI’s IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!
We had my son’s 16th birthday dinner here, when I say AMAZING our waitress Lashawn and I didn’t catch the Manager in training name she had black hair! however they are SO AWESOME! she waited on 20 of us and was on top of it! They Didn’t break a sweat!
The Food was very good! Out of 20 people NOTHING went back to the kitchen! NOW that speaks Volumes!
Also, the manager in training was so sweet she was playing tag with my little guy while I was cutting. Cake!❤️ So that atmosphere! it felt so comfortable and at home, very laid back. I honestly CANT wait to go back! Thank you guys for EVERYTHING I hope you guys enjoyed the cake! Peace and blessings!

My server was cool. Our steak plate with shrimp portions were very small and the steak was not able to chew. Our pizzas were good. The Burgers were the best. It’s the only thing I’ll get from Chili’s. The fries were ok. The rice could have steamed some more. Spent $215 for a party of 5, 2 adults with kids 10, 12 and 3.
