Nothing special from the moment you walk in the door. You are immediately greeted by touchpad tablets to manually enter your order. No greeting, no smiling face, just a faceless tablet, staring at you. Some say, efficient, I say impersonal . Unfortunately, I’ve seen other restaurants doing this, and I don’t think it’s a good trend. As others mentioned, we were nickel and dimmed to death as everything is a separate, drink, sides, main dish. You can easily spend $17-$18 for just a basic chicken sandwich fries and a drink. The taste of the sandwich, was subpar. No real flavor as the sauce wasn’t good. The chicken patty, while tender and had good crispiness, just didn’t have any good seasoning or flavor to it. I came during lunch rush hours around 12 to 1 o’clock, and the restaurant only had a few patrons. I will not return. Try Dave’s Hot Chicken, as an alternative. It’s fantastic! And you can never beat old, faithful Chick-fil-A!

This is the definition of Nickle and diming in every way possible!
See below for tips how to fix this failing franchise model.
It used to be that protein was included on a $12.5 salad. Now if you want a basic salad it’s $16 before you tip the arguably underpaid min wage workers….
Next…did I mention that you are also employed here….no one wants to take orders anymore…
We outsourced this to you….the paying customer.
So you should be paid at least $2 of that $16 salad for entering your own order.
These franchises have screwed its customers over for far too long.
Refuse to allow them to bully you! (the paying customer!)
You also have to fetch your food and bus your own table! Nuts.
Chick fil A destroys this business and even they don’t charge .50 for each and every sauce.
Bird call gets slaughtered by chick fil a. Just sell this and turn it into a second chick fil a! You will make tons more money and your drive through will be full.
No paper towels in bathroom. Post covid it seems this is not allowed and they have to have paper towels.
Also they are bribing you to give a 5 star review with a free milkshake.
This also seems nefarious and in accurately representing this restaurant.
Tips- Lower the basic chicken sandi to $5. Or whatever price gets the drive through to constantly have a car in it. Keep all other items the same or lowered by $1 to 2 dollars.
This volume should make up for lost margins on your profits.
Finally. The food is great! Thank you for having quality food.

My wife loves coming here, but I feel every time we go the service gets worse. We show up this last time for lunch and all the tables are dirty. I ordered a couple chicken sliders, but did not want pickles on them, but you cannot modify this on the machine ( per the recommendation of one of the employees in the past ) I put in the order as usual and right after paying I ask the employee standing there ( also training someone ) to have them not put the pickles on the sandwich. In the past this has never been a problem. I was told “ we cannot modify the sliders”. I said, I have done this in the past several times and was again told “ there is nothing I can do”. I stated, yes there is you can just not put the pickles on. It’s not like a salad with the carrots mixed in already. Instead of putting them on – just don’t. Seems simple I told her. Again was denied. Being in the customer service industry for over 20 years I would never act like this to a guest. The service of this company has really gone downhill and I doubt we will return. Price goes up and service goes down. Seems to be every restaurant nowadays.

You cannot serve a sandwich that looks this sad. Nashville Hot Sandwich in all its glory, first and last time I get food from here.

We had the Southern and Deluxe sandwiches. They weren’t bad, but the chicken and tots were on the salty side. There was a good selection of drinks for me. Prices were on the high side – $50 for 2 meals?! I did not like the loaded tots as they were too cheesy and had a lot of bacon, which added to the saltiness. To compare, yesterday, I had an amazing dinner nearby and it was $40. Not sure if I’d come back next time I’m in town.

Good food. Had my food out in half the estimated time. Arcade machines to deal with the wait.

I like the how modern the building is. The video games are cool to play while you wakt. I love the choices for the value boxes and the menu is very well thought out and organized. Birdcall sauce is my favorite! If you haven’t been here you need to go!

My first visit here blew me away! The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were all super friendly, and the inside is clean and bright.
The chicken tenders and the french fries were so tasty and filling. The banana milkshake was one of the best milkshakes I’ve had in a very long time.

Birdcall is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to in a long time. The vibe is super relaxed and welcoming, and it feels like the kind of place you can stop by for a quick bite or hang out with friends without it being stressful. Ordering is simple and fast, and the food comes out hot and fresh every time.
The chicken sandwiches are the real deal. They’re crispy, flavorful, and never dry, which is harder to find than you’d think. The fries are always on point too, and the sauces they have make everything even better. I’ve tried a few different things on the menu now and haven’t been disappointed once.
What I really like is how consistent everything is. The staff is always friendly, the space is clean, and you don’t feel rushed. It’s the kind of spot that makes you want to come back because you know you’ll get the same good experience every time.
If you’re looking for a place that’s casual, tasty, and dependable, Birdcall should definitely be on your list. It’s become a regular stop for me, and I’d recommend it to anyone who loves good chicken and good vibes.

Delicious, hot and fresh! Love the Nashville chicken sandwich! Much better than Dave’s hot chicken! Would prefer this any day! Love their tots – has a ranch flavor seasoning so I get it without. Very good!!
