I will not be going to any subway owned by the mayfield owners anymore. I placed a mobile order using a deal that was valid for the mayfield location and paid for it and got the confirmation that my order was placed and ready. When I got there they had told me that I had to pay an extra $10 because the owner did not want the customers to use that deal. I told them to cancel my order. I used a legal assistant online and explained the situation and was told that that was a breach of contract/ consumer protection that we entered when they offered and accepted my order and paid for it and it is also considered deceptive practices/ false advertising. I will be contacting corporate because I was not the only one he did that to today. If he did not want to participate in those deals he should have marked his location unavailable for them just like the other subways that don’t participate. He knows how to do that because there have been many times the coupons would not work because he was not participating in them. He simply forgot to do that and instead of accepting his mistake and marking his location unavailable for that coupon going forward he is trying to force customers to pay for his mistake. I am not normally one to complain but this is wrong and borderline illegal. He has lost a lot of customers because of this.

Ordered 3 foot long subs. The owner does not allow any “heavy” toppings. I asked for heavy mayo and spinach on 1 sub. The girl put on less then a handfull of spinach. She looked at the owner scared to add a leaf. So i asked the owner he said they are portioned so no i could not have more. He also stated 2 lines of mayo was heavy mayo! 1st and last time we will go there. I left my order and didnt pay for it. How are you going to charge $12 a sub and not include the toppings

Sandwich was ok. Bread just tough. Nobody ever smiles or washes hands. I asked for the lady to wear gloves at least

Don’t go here if u are looking for breakfast even though it’s on the menu it’s very pointless for them to be open at breakfast time and not actually sell breakfast subs don’t see very many ppl wanting any of these other subs at 9 am

Used to be a pretty good place, went there for lunch a lot. Don’t plan on going back though. Prices have shot up, service and speed has suffered, and the portions of sandwich toppings have gone down a lot. Plus when you ask if they gave you a straw and they say it’s in the bag but isn’t, nothing is more infuriating. Not sure what is with fast food places thinking they should charge the same price as nice dinner sit down places, but it’s becoming a joke. $20 for a sandwich and drink, no chips, better places nearby with reasonable prices for lunch.

This place is unorganized, does not honor orders placed online. Very rude and unprofessional.

Amazing service, great attitudes which is a major plus. Listened to exactly how I wanted it made and cave out great, if not better then great. The young lady that was working the counter was absolutely on top of what she does. She’s not a sandwich maker, she’s every businesses dream employee. I think her name was Katy, not for sure. We parked a semi in front of the building so we could eat going down the road. Kudos to this young lady and I hope she becomes management. That’s where she will be needed!!!

They don’t accept any TV promotional deals. I bought 2 subs and 2 chips. The total was almost $25. The taste of of sandwiches were worth about half of that at best. Not going back here!

Subway is usually a favorite for my family. Tonight I arrived at the order station. There was not a nice greeting of any kind. It was announced that due to shortage of staff, there will be a 20 minute wait. I agreed to wait. I placed my order. My order was read back to me correctly. Then abruptly told to pull around to the window. I’ve worked in a hurried environment. I was understanding. One vehicle in front of me. Their bag of food was passed to the customer less than a minute later. I thought that was a good sign for my speedy food service. I didn’t wait long at all. The gentleman opened the window. Said $19. And took my card. He returned it to me with the paper receipt folded. I pushed it right in my wallet as he was handing me my food. I didn’t check it. I never have before. That’s 100% on me. I live within a mile of this Subway. I opened my bags to see the wrong order. I packaged it back up and returned to the store. I stopped at the window. That gentleman employee opened the window as if I was rude to him. I simply said I think I have the wrong order and receipt. He said, yeah I know. It was someone else’s fault for giving me the wrong bag and he tossed my new bag out the window. I caught it quickly. No harm done. No apologies. Have a good night and the window closed. I understand that my toasted sandwich has been there while I traveled, home and back. However, it was now cold and hard. Had even an ounce of good customer service had been afforded to me. I would never have written this statement. I can only hope that the employees are talked with and trained to show respect. Have a little professionalism. Greet the customer with the company name, and make the company proud to have good employees working for the company. Thank you.
