The manager Becky is a really good manager and backs her employees. Keep up the wonderful work Becky. There bartender Madison wanted a certain shirt when she got hired and we talked to her manager and as long as she keeps up the good work Becky will make sure Madison will get her shirt. Madison a great bartender great personality and smile keep it going Madison. And came back again the bartender working today Jake is just as good this Chili’s has great managers and employees. Grabbed lunch here on the last day of the year. I ordered a 6 ounce sirloin but they were out. They did have a 10 ounce. They cooked it medium well just how I like it! I had a side salad and had to settle for a recommended dressing when they didn’t have Italian or French. Also had a lemonade. The waiter was nice. Convenient location near Cool Springs Mall.

Ordered one of the quesadillas and it came out burnt the 1st time around. I was totally fine eating it as is but the staff took initiative and immediately remade it without my needing to ask. Like I said, I was totally fine eating it as is but I am so beyond appreciative of the attention to detail and wanting to correct an issue. As always, absolutely phenomenal service (server was Jay) and will be returning soon!! Thank y’all!!

I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants. But I had a busy day and I needed to run over to have a bite to eat. I can honestly say that this Chili’s did an absolutely spectacular job. The food was delicious. I got the three for me lunch special. The big QP burger and chips with a drink for $10.99 is just a spectacular price. My server Jackie was absolutely fabulous. Fast, attentive and made sure that I had drink refills and offered me presidential margarita. Just the right level of sweet, sour and alcohol. If you’re in Cool springs, you should definitely stop by and ask for Jackie. She will take great care of you! This Chili’s is five stars in my book!!

Great food, love the featured items, it gives you a variety of choices. We like the sizzling fajitas they are served hot and they are tasty. Always enough to feed two. This is a good location, it’s clean and easy to get parked and get inside with fast service to seating upon arriving. The food and beverage service took a little longer than expected but there were 6 people in our party so we were patient. Prices are reasonable and we will most likely return whenever we are in the area.

My wife’s and my experience here was phenomenal. Our waitress was Mikayla and she gave us genuinely unparalleled service. The service here was so prompt that our drinks were brought to the table before Mikayla even finished taking our order 15 seconds later. Our starters were at our table in 30 seconds and our food was out in 10 minutes. Our cups were never sitting around empty and when we asked for a box, Mikayla brought us a bag for our chips and little containers for our sauces as well. She was always thinking of and meeting our needs even before we could ask! This was a wonderful visit and we will absolutely be coming back again.

where do i even start? absolutely AMAZING service! Burgan was out waiter, and let me just say, he was absolutely phenomenal! matched our energy and made sure we were well taken care of for all of our requests! becky (i believe the gm) checked in on us and made sure everything was great (which it was)! went on a saturday and were seated immediately, and the food came out, i kid you not, in less than 5 minutes. AND IT WAS ALL FRESH. they are on their GAME at this chilis. if you’re in the mood for a nice dinner out with your friends, this is the spot.
