Horrible!!!! Every single time i come to this chillis (because is the one closest to my house) there’s an issue. This time it was the food. Kid’s chicken meal was horrible and the baked potato soup was basically water. It looked like the kitchen was running out of it and added water to make my bowl. It was an order to go, called the restaurant and the lady couldn’t help me, then put me on hold for 4 mnts only for the manager to tell me that he couldn’t help me at all unless I drove back.

Visited this location, service was prompt and order was accurate. Restaurant was clean, Food was good, chicken tortilla soup was a little on the salty side but able to eat. The potato soup was good, along with steak meal. Would recommend.

Chiles is a good place for a good meal. Nothing too fancy and affordable, such as the meal deal 2 for 25. Perfect for families and offers a variety of dishes, including a kids menu. The waiters are nice and attentive. Also, it’s good for late-night drinks because of the bar. Overall, it was very nice and I have never personally had a bad experience.

We went here today to have drinks and some food. The place was full. We sat at the bar area. Nick was amazing! He had the bar full but never missed a beat! The service was superb and everything we ordered was on point. Highly recommend this location and please sit at the bar if Nick is working. You will not regret it! Thank you so much Nick for an excellent service!

Last week we called ahead to inform the hostess a party of 10 would be coming to eat on Monday. 7 of the women were over 70. We arrived with 6 of the 9 people in our group. The manager refused to let us sit at a table until all the people arrived. 1/2 the restaurant was empty. She told us we had to sit at 2 tables because the server for that area was not coming in yet. Why could the server not serve us at that table. She was rude to the women as they asked questions. I am extremely disappointed with Samantha Lopez. How concerning that the greater had no idea her name.

Visiting from SC and the food and service here was by far the absolute best I’ve ever had at a Chili’s before. It took all of 10-15mins for 3 full meals to come out fresh and hot ! Josh provided excellent customer service as well.
