Today was my first Pickup order at a Chili’s …
Got into it right away…half my fries hot other cold….why?! Smashburger had barely any lettuce or pickles this time. Makes me sad is it has become my usual dine in option and it is just not the same. Husband got one today too. Thankfully the burger still tastes decent.

Our server was amazing and attentive, the food was delicious. Our wait was little to none. From ordering to food on the table, we only waited maybe 10 minutes.

Oh my word! Can’t explain well enough the excellent server I had. Didn’t have to ask for anything. She anticipated every need. I was skeptical about the chicken bacon ranch nachos but she brought me a HUGE plate and it was very good. Plenty for 2 8 would say. My server showed me how to put in my info for their guests group so I got my drink for free. She didn’t have to do that. I only gave 3 stars for atmosphere and it was kinda my fault. There were some fun loving guys at the bar that were a little loud and vulgar but they have the right to let loose after work. I could have asked to be seated farther away

Host told us we had to wait 30 mins for a seat away from bar bc that area isn’t wheelchair friendly apparently if your handicap they won’t accommodate they said tables near host station station even though waitress walks right by it. By door other people was in that section and it was almost empty. This certainly isn’t first time they shoved him in non wheelchair friendly area. Food was good. Potato soup amazing. Note some waitress charge for different sauce then ketchup for fries even if allergic. Clean place. Most staff Friendly other then host at door was rude. Our waitress was nice.

My second time in a week going to this Chili’s and both times, amazing service and food! I am so sad I can’t remember my servers name, but he was outstanding. The manager, GeeGee is always so sweet and accommodating. I you try recommend Auburndale Chili’s for yourself.

We ordered Texas loaded cheese fries, and they were cold. The bacon was burnt, the cheese was overbaked and dry, and everything looked old. The brisket quesadillas barely had any meat in them. They were cold as well and looked like they were put together from multiple leftover quesadillas.
I’ve never experienced this kind of poor food quality from Chili’s. In our 20s, this used to be our dating spot, so of course we chose it again to celebrate our 10th year together. I guess they really don’t care about food quality when preparing takeout. The pricing didnt match the value of the meal. I think we’re gonna have to find ourselves a new favorite spot.

I’ve been to many restaurants over the years, but this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a manager. Sammy, the manager on duty, was rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in addressing any concern in a professional manner. From the moment our conversation began, her tone was condescending and dismissive, and it was clear she had no intention of listening, helping, or even engaging respectfully. There was no effort to explain policies, provide alternatives, or handle the situation appropriately, which made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating and completely unprofessional.
Even basic professionalism seemed absent. Simple courtesy, clear communication, and a willingness to assist were all completely lacking. The interaction left me frustrated, unheard, and with a lasting negative impression of this Chili’s location.

Honestly it was too small the staff was not friendly and the food was mediocre I feel like I could have made better ribs at home the waiter kept forgetting to bring me my barbecue sauce the only good part of it was I went with friends enjoyed their company and we did not get any chips

. Show up and request a table for four. Told it would be 15 minutes even though I can easily count ten unoccupied tables. Eventually seated and brought our menus . Our waitress was fine but her trainee had so many nose and face piercings she looked like an alien. Not very appetizing to say the least. Tried to order a drink but was told they don’t carry ginger ale at the bar, not sure why they don’t.
We got our food and it was ok I guess, nothing special.
Found the floors to be quite dirty and seemingly greasy. Don’t much see the point in ever going back.
Looking at some of the other reviews of this place it’s apparent that all the do to reply is ask you to visit their website, I guess this is easier than just fixing the problems.

Visited this location, service was prompt and order was accurate. Restaurant was clean, Food was good, chicken tortilla soup was a little on the salty side but able to eat. The potato soup was good, along with steak meal. Would recommend.
