I went to this Chilis for a girls night.
The service was impecable. The food was amazing. The price was unbeatable.
We had chips, margaritas, soup, entrees, and a dessert for all under $100 for three girls. Anyone who lives in Miami knows how expensive it is to eat and drink here.
Our server was phenomenal, very attentive always made sure the margs and chips were flowing. I wish I remembered our servers name but the margaritas were strong.
We will be back, this is the best place for a girls night.

I hadn’t visited a Chili’s in a while, and I stopped by today. Unfortunately, the restaurant was noticeably dusty, it honestly looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw that but my husband stopped me from walking away.
On the positive side, the server was top-notch, very attentive, and the food was good with great portions.
I’m not sure if I’ll be returning, but I hope they address the cleanliness issues because the service and food were otherwise.

Chili’s Grill & Bar was overall a good time, but our experience had a few bumps. We came in as a big party, and while the staff was friendly and the food tasted great once it arrived, there were definitely delays and mix-ups. Some of our meals came out late, some were forgotten completely, and when it came time to pay, the checks weren’t separated correctly. A few of us ended up being overcharged for items we didn’t order. Even with the hiccups, the atmosphere was nice, the staff tried their best, and the food that did make it to the table was solid. It wasn’t awful, but the organization definitely could’ve been smoother, especially for larger groups.

Look, it’s Chilis, you know why you’re here. The food is cheap, the service is ok and the atmosphere is basically Applebees. The food had been reliable, but yesterday my wife and I had possibly the worst fajitas ever. Beef and shrimp. Not only was the shrimp the super cheap tiny kind that tastes like it’s been frozen since the ice age, the beef was incredibly tough and dry. Without a doubt the worst fajitas we’ve ever had anywhere. The chicken enchilada soup was perfect, as always, and the drinks were good. We’ll be back, because there aren’t a lot of places to feed a family of four for this price, but I’d advise staying away from the fajitas.

We decided to stop by after a day at the beach to avoid cooking. For almost $200 between 2 adults and 3 kids I would’ve taken the latter. The fajitas were way over seasoned, chicken could’ve been turned into tires and took over 45 minutes to receive the last one. Dessert was great. The beans were awesome. That’s the only good part of the night. The picture is the food I left could not finish it.

MICHELLE!!!! The bar manager. One word. Amazing. I haven’t been a fan of Chillis in years. However, we had someone visiting from out of state. Soo we came to this location. Im extremely particular about the my drink choices. She actually came out to our table and spoke to me. Helped me figure something out AND made the drink for me herself. Who does that!!!!?!!! Go check this place out. Keep an eye out for Michelle. She keeps this place going. I will return because of her.

I think it was Jimmy his name but I’m not sure I was really tired, (black and short hair) we went at last minute and he was always with a smile and attentive through all the service, it was my birthday so I got a free dessert too. The food was great as always.

Had Nick as a server today. His service was great and he was very nice for asking his boss about getting my friend and I an extra free molten lava cake since both our birthdays are on the same day. Overall, I had a great experience with Nick as my server for going above and beyond!
