Stopped by this Denny’s on the way to the beach. We were greeted immediately. The place was very clean. The menu is much bigger then I remember it. Lots of specials to pick from. The food was quick and good. The prices were very reasonable for breakfast. The waitress, Carol, was the reason we would return. She was friendly, efficient and seemed really to be running the place. Please give that woman a raise as SHE is the reason for our repeat business! Also noted many older people giving their AARP cards at check out for a discount; why not?

We came in for a late night craving and were seated immediately. Our server was nice and attentive. I ordered the French Toast Slam and discovered 3 strands of hair in my eggs. The server immediately apologized, got my order remade and offered a 20% discount. I understand that these things can happen and I think it was handled properly. Other than that the food was decent and affordable.

I NEVER write bad review but, what a trash place! Carol, your “manager” took it upon herself to turn around and YELL @ ME for my take out order not being ready which I patiently waited AN HOUR for! After she caused a scene in the ENTIRE restaurant, I requested a refund in which she told me she couldn’t issue and proceeded to walk to the back kitchen crying that she has “been in the position a month and couldn’t handle it!” Never returned to the front to assist.

I can’t believe how I , Family and church friends had the worst service and food . There was 23 of us and only 7 were served after 2 hours bc the only server didn’t know what she was doing. The manager was no were to be found. Until we decided to leave the restaurant. He couldn’t Even figure out how to cash us out . Half of the menu they couldn’t sever bc they didn’t have it or they didn’t server at 11pm . So my mom had the pay for the whole check. Never again will come here with my family!

Absolutely The worst delivery and Customer service experience. I ordered breakfast on 7/23 from the Cortez location online. Once food was delivered, realized we received wrong order. Contacted Denny’s where I was meet with the 2 most incompetent woman. After I explained situation the first woman, she passed me to another woman who obviously didn’t care nor could tell me what delivery service was used. Then stated my food was still at the location and I can come pick up. What the hell was the purpose of ordering delivery. If this is there idea of great customer service, I will NEVER eat at Denny’s again

Service was good when we got there. Drink came right out, took our order right away. However after that a large party came in and service went downhill from there. My completely forgot my sons food. By time our waitress came to check on us we were all done and ready to go. We took our sons food to go. Just a shame we came out for a family meal on a sunday afternoon and couldnt eat together. And yes i understand there is a shortage of workers but at some point and time this has got to stop being the exscuse.
