Love going here only when they have a good bartender that can recommend great drinks and specials.instead of just giving you just something water down. Chris is a great bartender her always recommend great drinks and can make you a special drink that is always amazing as well as another waiter brooklyn she is a great as well as other. The food is always amazing doesn’t matter what chef is there. Its a great place to go for sports games and great atmosphere.

My goodness, I was very surprised in the best possible way. First of all, the menu seemed new and very creative, the food more than delivered with portion, flavor and even texture. Huge shoutout to our server Chris. He is the reason I wanted to come leave a review. Attentive but not obnoxious. Genuinely kind, so much so I had to ask where he was from! Knowledgeable of the menu options, and patient when I had questions. Everyone we encountered from the hostess who sat us to the servers even at other tables seemed to be glad to be at work and I’m not kidding you, Chris had a glow to him—refreshing to be around, genuinely helpful and professional. Dang, Chili’s, I’m almost afraid to come back because how could you top that experience? It’s one thing to use decent food, but to have employees who make the experienced next-level is just refreshing and a blessing from God. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I would be remiss if I didn’t shout him out with a big THANK YOU. My heart is as full as my belly, and we left with a lot of leftovers.

I gave a middle score for atmosphere as it seemed ok inside, but the ten min wait standing at an empty counter was unacceptable on a Fri night. There should have been a take out specialist there. Recently have had so many issues with this place but I like the company so much so I haven’t complained yet but tonight I guess was the last one. The white Mac and cheese is the only thing my son will eat here. I can deal with it over cooked as it normally comes. I can deal with it being under portioned which we have gotten multiple times. We have even had it with yellow cheese and over cooked yellow cheese. We have even gotten it with both yellow and white cheese on top. All of which we let go. But tonight The food we received wasn’t even acceptable. The one in the pic that looks almost ok, was almost water under it. Much like the one next to it that looks like macaroni cereal. The other pic is after pouring the white colored water out of the cup. This wasn’t someone in a hurry, No, this person just didn’t care at all. Check number: 980176. Of the modest priced chain restaurants, I find Chilis the best, and this location was exceptional. Seating was prompt, service was excellent, food was good. Menu items with promotional prices were not skimpy. Sorry I missed the name of my server.

Changes in the menu…no classic nachos,, skillet queso didn’t taste like it used to,, southwestern egg rolls were half the size they used to be, chicken wings were so small and dry that it seemed like eating bones. Also, no more 2-4-1 beers or margaritas. I won’t go back for a while except to get chips to go. They’re chips are still the best!

I ate at Chili’s in Melbourne a few weeks ago and the food was mediocre. I was disappointed with the fried pickles, they were soggy. The pasta I ordered was decent. My date ordered fajitas, I thought the meat looked weird but he said it tasted fine. The guacamole that came with the fajitas was not great. We ordered the skillet cookie for dessert, which was probably the best part of the meal.
My date and I wanted to eat here again a couple weeks later but the host said it would be an hour wait. I was confused because there were only a few tables seated. Not sure what was going on, maybe the kitchen wasn’t fully staffed. We did not want to wait, so we went somewhere else.
We came back a few days later, and the food was disappointing. The chicken I ordered had a terrible taste. I ate a few bites of the ribs my date ordered but I wasn’t impressed.

Waitress wasn’t overwhelmed with other customers, didn’t care that our drinks were low, didn’t check up on us. Bad service. I still paid over 20% tip because honestly her job sucks. I get that but that is her only job at this moment. Food was good.
