We had a very nice experience here. Angelina was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. I am really not that experienced with Middle Eastern food – but I liked what I had- the Kufta Plate. They give you some very nice pita bread with your meal, and I thought that the humus was great (and I am not a big fan of humus).
I should have picked the French fries instead of the red cabbage.
I thought that the portions were generous. The Falafel reminded me of what Southerners call “Hush Puppies”, but of course they are different.

We have enjoyed eating here so many times.

Hands down the BEST place — everything here is amazing.
The staff is absolutely wonderful: warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to take care of you. You feel it the moment you walk in.
The chicken kebabs are the best I’ve ever had — perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right. The hummus is out of this world (seriously, I could eat it by the spoonful), the tahini is smooth and flavorful, and the baklava is the perfect sweet finish.
Honestly… every single thing we tried was incredible. Fresh, flavorful, and made with love. This is one of those places you keep coming back to because it never disappoints.
Highly recommend — a true gem in Chester.

Ordered from them on UberEats and told them how i was pregnant and was craving some tahini salad. They left me a cute little note and some tahini salad. This has always been my favorite restaurant. Thank you so much for the kindness! ❤️❤️❤️

Service here is really top notch, the food is really good and fresh. Worth every penny, as someone who lives in the city, this place is a gem.
If I am back here again I will be visiting this place.

Delicious food but extremely overpriced probably not going back. But thank you for a nice lunch. My local falafel place is legit half the price for more food.

Let me start by saying that I’ve always been Allan’s biggest fan. But last night we ordered food instead of dining in and we were disappointed. I always love their Falafel pita sandwich, but when I opened it up at home it was all mashed up, tzatziki sauce was almost non existent and no hummus. It also only had one tiny bite of tomato. So it was just mashed falafel and lettuce. What happened guys?! My daughter also order a chicken gyro that had only 2 little pieces of chicken and also had hardly any sauce. What’s going on guys, I know you were busy last night but that shouldn’t be an excuse to lower your quality of food! Please don’t let me down again, I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.

Delicious but I can’t go back anymore. The last time I ordered from there all I got was a falafel platter and it was almost $30. The prices are outrageous and it doesn’t matter how good it is when there isn’t even any meat and you are charging as much as some restaurants charge for steak dishes. I usually split the meal and save half for the next day, but there should be a platter option that is $16-$20 in between sizes. Not everyone wants just the sandwich (I think it’s $15 for 1 pita sandwich) or to spend that much money to get some cucumber, tomato, tahini and cabbage on the side.

My wife and I had an early dinner here on a Saturday after a few people suggested it for vegan options. It wasn’t busy and we were seated right away. The service was very good from a friendly, helpful and attentive server. The atmosphere is comfortable but nothing spectacular. The unisex bathroom was very clean. As far as the food goes, my wife’s hummus was some of the best she ever had and was very fresh. Her falafel platter was equally excellent and fresh. I ordered the chicken kabob platter. There was plenty of food but unfortunately I found the chicken to be over salted. Normally I don’t mind a little extra salt if there are other flavors and spices but the balance wasn’t there. Nevertheless the rest of the dish was good and the 4 stars balances my chicken with my wife’s awesome hummus and falafel. We would definitely go back if we’re in the area.

From the second you walk in to Allan’s Falafel in Chester, Allan and his team make you feel like family, the kind of genuine warmth and kindness that keeps you coming back just as much as the food.
And speaking of the food… everything is incredible. The falafel is always perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and every dish is packed with fresh, vibrant flavor. You can truly taste the care that goes into every bite.
But let’s talk about the pumpkin cheesecake.
Out of this world! Creamy, perfectly spiced, and absolutely unforgettable. It’s one of those desserts you think about long after you’ve finished it, the perfect ending to an already amazing meal.
Allan’s Falafel is a true treasure in Chester. Every visit feels special, and I can’t recommend it enough!
