We (two) were here for my birthday dinner on Monday, July 3rd. It was a great surprise to us because the last Chili’s we went to was horrible. This Chili’s was GREAT. The service was excellent and quick and correct. The food was fresh and delicious and plentiful! And, because it was my birthday – I got a complimentary birthday lava cake and ice cream.

Atmosphere was great, seating was quick, but service was slow. The brisket Quesadillas are great, Jalapeno sausage were good, but the baby back ribs were horrible. Boiled before smoking is a no no to me. The bacon double cheese burger was awesome.

I’m literally sitting here as I type this! This is the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had! I will never be back here! The service here sucks!!! Waited 30 minutes just to receive a drink! I received my chicken and shrimp pasta, the noodles are not cooked all the way and it’s so salty so at this point I’m just ready to leave. Nobody came by to ask “how am I doing”? “Do I need a refill” anything! So I asked for my check so I can pay and leave … so I’m currently sitting here for 20 minutes waiting on them to come get my card to pay! I will never be back!
