Listen, the lady with the braids, working the bar and the floor during lunch hours, deserves an award ! She was very attentive to all patrons. My order was put in correctly and came hot and fresh. She had a warming personality. The music playlist was awesome as well !

Reverse racism at it’s finest…!!! A white couple was waiting. An African American couple walked in with myself my husband and small child. Another African American family walked in behind us. The first African American couple was seated. The white couple and our family was turned away despite both of us arriving first…. The restaurant was dead empty. No explanation was given as to why we could not be seated other than we are not not taking anymore customers at this time. The other white couple and ourselves walked out. Not sure what happened to the last ones as they never came out as we sat in the parking lot and looked up another place to feed our famished child.

Well, where do I start??? My first time at this location in Stone Crest. First impressions are everything, especially in the food industry. The young man, who was, I suppose, the greeter was not friendly…AT ALL. My soup was salty (had to send it back). My burger was very good and my daughters Cajun shrimp pasta was, she said just OK. Our server was attentive to our table, as well as the other tables he was working. A restaurants score from the Health Department has to be posted in a conspicuous location along with a Safe Service certificate for ALL to see. I noticed this locations score was sitting back behind in menus on a counter…I did not see the Safe Serve certificate, which is usually posted near the scores. I would go to Chili’s again, just not this location.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were seated at the bartender section, in the first booth closest to the door. We waited for about 10 minutes before I decided to speak up, but to my dismay, the manager was sitting in the booth closest to the kitchen, enjoying a meal, and another server walked right by us without acknowledging our presence. It was quite disappointing. When I asked the host who our server was, he seemed a bit disoriented, as if he had forgotten where he had placed us. Oddly enough, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy – there was only one person at the bar, the manager in one booth, a guy eating in another booth in front of us, and then our booth. To make matters worse, the bartender was busy gossiping with a lady at the bar, and she even delivered a drink to the guy in front of us before paying any attention to our table. It was only after I approached the host and asked about our server that she finally came over. When our food eventually arrived, it was far from satisfactory. The quality was terrible, and I was extremely disappointed. I refuse to spend my money at a restaurant where the staff needs to be prompted to work and where the service and food are of such poor quality. Moreover, the overall atmosphere of the place was less than desirable, with loud conversations between the bartender and kitchen staff, making it feel like people were arguing in the background. In conclusion, the experience at this restaurant was nothing short of dreadful, and I have no intention of ever returning to this particular location.

First let me start by saying the service was horrible….. after a long day of work I just wanted time to chill,drink have a good meal but the service messed up my whole vibe… the bartender was also no help with suggesting the most liked drink, she acted like my question was a insult or something…. This was my first and definitely my last time. That’s also a Long Island ice tea and a shot of henny. That was the worst Long Island I have ever had in my life…. Tasted like liquor and water…. This was so bad the food was also not tasty. I hate this happened because I always tip ten dollars or more but tonight I just couldn’t bring myself to pay for such horrible service. Real let down the mashed potatoes were good tho❤️

Curbside pickup, food was ready before time. The staff brought food out quickly, although they did forget my bbq sauce, but I went inside and the staff was available to assist. Ordered ribs and chicken tenders, ribs were really mediocre, not seasoned and the bbq sauce was not good. Chicken tenders were good. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
