I had an amazing carry-out experience at Chili’s on Saturday night! I ordered a Full Rack of Ribs and a Cheeseburger, and both were absolutely delicious. The ribs were tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the burger was juicy and satisfying.
Even though it was late, the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The biggest highlight of my visit was how hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared all the food was. Nothing was missing or incorrect, which made the experience stress-free.
My favorite part of the night was the server at the take-out counter, who went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and ready quickly. It’s rare to get such attentive and cheerful service with carry-out, and it really made the visit stand out.
I would absolutely recommend Chili’s carry-out to anyone looking for a tasty and convenient dinner. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was craving the Southwestern egg rolls, but everything on the menu looked so tempting! I made a triple dipper with the egg rolls, honey chicken tenders, and sliders. Delicious! Their new lemon drop margarita and peanut butter pie are totally worth it, too. Crystal at the bar was my server and checked on me at just the right times.

After a visit to Kangaroo Jax with my niece and nephews, we had an early dinner at Chili’s Grill and Bar. It’s been many years since I dined at Chili’s. We didn’t have to wait to be seated, and it wasn’t very crowded at that time. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas with ranch dressing and a side salad, my niece ordered the Big bacon rancher burger with fries, and my nephew ordered the crispy chicken tenders with fries and mac and cheese. The quesadillas weren’t as good as they use to be, a little on the dry side. My niece enjoyed her meal and so did my nephew. If I dine at Chili’s again it will be for the Molten Lava Cake.

So I ordered the house salad and soup Togo, and open it to find a very lacking salad. The soup was fine, but the salad was in a small container and the container wasn’t even full. Attached is a picture from the website of the soup/salad I ordered and a picture of the salad I got. Mind you I have super small hands and the salad made them look huge. Honestly the pictures don’t even do it justice for how pitiful the salad looked, my coworkers literally laughed when I pulled it out of my bag.

Server was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was they don’t tell you on the commercials that the 3 for 10.99 starts at 10.99 and goes to 16.99 and the only 2 choices for 10.99 are 2 different burgers and it goes up from there so I wasn’t too happy about that. I had the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas and the tortillas were very tough and chewy. So I won’t be ordering them again. Hubby had the bacon cheeseburger and said it was ok but he’s had better.

Overall really good. Normally fast food chains are all about the same, I’ve had chili’s before but this one was better than normal. We came kinda late but not within an hr of closing late, so it wasn’t busy, the service was great and the atmosphere was to. Drinks were decent to. Will be coming back

Originally went to Texas Roadhouse where there was almost a 2 hour wait. Came here instead and loved every minute of the experience. Seated immediately (with a great crowd), excellent customer service, and the 3 for Me QP was fantastic!! Wifey said the restroom was clean as well. Plus we heard the crew sing Happy Birthday to two tables, which is a testament to their level of service.

Stop into Chili’s for a quick bite before getting on the road heading back to Columbia. We were immediately seated at one of the high tables at the bar. Our waitress was in training and excellent with customer service. She made sure we were taken care of. Very attentive to our needs. We ordered the Cajun Shrimp Pasta $16.99, the Big Mouth Crispy Chicken Sandwich with French Fries for $10.99, and the Oldtimer Cheese Burger with French Fries $10.99 from the 3 for Me section which came with a Beverage, Appetizer or Salad, and Entree. Food was delicious and service was great.
