Never been more disappointed then this visit. They rush to get you out of the line even if its not busy. They forgot my sauce. The sandwich i ordered was delicious, however, cant say the same for my fries. Do better.

Did you know the chicken is freshly breaded right there in the store each day? Salads are fresh cut, no prebagged mixes. I was completely impressed for a fast food restaurant that’s so busy to take the time to fesh make so many items.

Fresh, delicious and accurate! Ready for pickup right as I walked in the door for carry out! Family favorite with easy access from main road and very close to where I-81 & I-64 intersect at Staunton, VA. Also, very close to multiple other restaurants and Walmart.

We love this CFA! Has an indoor playground for kids. Last time we went I ordered a market salad, no blue cheese. They accidentally had blue cheese on there and immediately replaced it. Then about 10 minutes later a mishap with my toddler and the salad ended up dumped all over the floor. So they replaced it again even though this time they were not at fault! Great service.

Never had to one star a Chick Fil A, but there’s a first for everything.

Young lady working the drive thru opted to critique my driving and lecture me when I had to go around a truck in the parking lot. It was the rudest that any employee of any business….ever. Maybe her coworker shouldn’t have spent 8 minutes taking their order (or was it flirting).

I don’t live close, so I won’t say I won’t be back because of it…I just won’t be back.

We stopped at this location for lunch and while we were eating, an elderly couple with very limited mobility, came in to eat. Employee, Chrissy, was absolutely incredible with them. She helped them order, walk to their seats, open sauce packets, pack up their leftovers, get them whatever they needed, and checked on them every few minutes. As we were getting ready to leave, we also witnessed Chrissy walking them to their car. She went above and beyond for this couple and truly showed them the service they deserved.

Line Mgmt on point, and they have been the only place to ever spell my first name correctly which is a feat in itself. Never had a problem with missing items in my order either. I would drive the extra few miles to go here over the Winchester location off valley in a heartbeat
