Went there today for a late lunch. We got seated in about 3 minutes from walking in the door. Once seated it took about the same time for the server to take the drink order. Chips and salsa and the cheese dip came out quick. The mozzarella cheese sticks took about 6 minutes or so to come out once ordered. The food order came out in a out 10 minutes but it took the one order about 15 minutes. The timing was not good. Then I ordered the surf and turf. It took the shrimp to my order about 20 minutes to come out. It was a damn joke. The best thing for the food was the mozzarella sticks. The cheese pull on those is awesome. Now the restaurant it self needs some work. You have wood that is missing for falling off of some of the booths.

Haven’t been here in a long time decided we come try the hamburger deal. What a mistake patty was not a 1/4 but taste ok we had to get our own salt pepper mustard ask 3 times for mayo. As the waitress kindly drop off plates and took off. We never got a refill on our drinks Noone came back and ask is everything OK. As I get down to half my burger I bite into something hard well needles to say I pulled it out look at it im like ok not a grisly but it was rock hard. Got the manager she said she take it off I was ok ty she pick that plate up so fast I felt the air across my face now mind you I still had a pile of fries on there as well. She didnt ask me would you like something else she did take it off. But that additude… wow lady things happen I was nice and quite about it. No need to act like that. My husband was still eating and it peed him off he said lets go so thank you for ruing our lunch date today..other reviews talked about service we waited 38 minutes to place our order 22 minutes later we got the chips and salad and a few minutes after the burger and fries. So not sure what happen on service today.

First, I would like to start this review by saying that Mr. Tev has always treated me with respect even when I worked here. Today I went and had the 3 for me! Everything was HOT, FRESH AND DELICIOUS! This was the best suggestion my husband had made in a very long while in way of surprise for my birthday. 51st birthday celebration was awesome our server Kellum was phenomenal Michael stepped in to answer a question for us and he was great also. The food was delicious. Our bill was very responsible. I loved everything. I also had a Patron, it was good too.

The hostess at the front is extremely rude. Every time we try to eat here the kitchen seems to be backed up. We wanted to sit at the bar and instead of politely saying “I’m sorry we aren’t seating at the bar right now because the kitchen is backed up” she was extremely rude and told me “the only place available is the bar top” Like I’m going to stand to eat?? Angel was my server and she was great 5 stars GREAT VIBE ! I loved her consistency and kindness super patient . Also Kaylee who must’ve been a manger was super kind and understanding! The food and service is always good but tonight’s service was extra exceptional unfortunately there was a hair in my food accidents happens and this was my first run in with that Kaylee was super helpful and accommodating love this Chili’s will come back !! Our server was polite, witty with a great sense of humor. She was very personable, attentive and just good natured. Got a burger that came to the table nice and pink like I wanted. Asked for my fries to be well done and crunchy, and they were!
