Easy parking on a Wednesday at 7pm. I was seated quickly with a menu. At the table was advertised a $6 resolution breaker cocktail. Yes it’s January.
I ordered one of those and a QP burger. There is a special for my burger that included an appetizer and a beverage at a discount. The salsa and chips were really to my liking. The burger and fries were served hot. The beverage that came with the special was offered to me. But I declined. The margarita cocktail was tasty. My server was attentive. I used the ziosk at the table which made it easy to pay my bill. Overall an positive experience at this location.

The 3 for me $10.99 is an excellent value. You have great choices. Very filling. I was with one of the Church mothers. We both had the QP burger with fries. Chips and salsa and a cup of tortilla soup. Ended up taking part of our burger home. Thanks Mike ( our server) for great service.

Went here for dinner on a Thursday around 8:30 pm, it was surprisingly kind of empty inside which was different because it’s usually pretty full/packed whenever I go. Our waitress was very friendly!
I decided to order from the 3 for me menu: I had the White skillet queso (9/10) it was good and the Cajun shrimp pasta (7/10) I felt like it could’ve used more sauce and a little more seasoning, but it was still decent.
Dinner was just “okay” this time.

Chilis really struggled tonight, first I went to buy a drink from the bar while i waited for my take out order. The woman behind the bar was cleaning out the sink they use to dump empty drinks with her bare hands. I order and she proceeds to make my drink with out washing them after cleaning out the yuck sink AND cashing someone else out (touching the posi). Touching my straw and the like for my drink still drank it whatever, I’m not a germaphobe but it was still gross. Then get my order home and the Santa Fe burger is a complete mess, barely any toppings or sauce and most of it is splattered in the box. Really disappointed but the place was too busy to even try to say anything

Everything was great for our last visit. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. The wait staff was amazing as well! BIG shout out to our server, Mike! He did everything right.
My family can be picky eaters and hard to please at times, and all 6 of us we left happy and full. That says a lot for my group. LOL
The food was as yummy as always, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was inviting.

There was a mix-up with the service I used to order and the lady at Chili’s this afternoon could not find it but then she took the time to call me back. so if I was able to drive I would have been there since it’s less than 1/8 of a mile away but I cannot. The brisket quesadillas are great. The Chipotle Bowl is not good. Not happy for the money. Thank goodness it’s Friday. Weekend of home cooking. Either way.

A Really Disappointing Birthday Experience
We live just 5 minutes away and come here all the time, so it honestly hurt to have such a disappointing experience on a night that was supposed to be special for my husband’s birthday.
From the start, our server seemed very fidgety and distracted, and the service showed it. My daughter and I got our usual Triple Dipper and my husband ordered a rack of ribs. But while eating BBQ ribs, we had no napkins on the table. We asked, and instead of bringing them, our server kept helping other tables. We literally had to go wash our hands in the bathroom because we couldn’t eat with no napkins. It just felt careless.
I quietly told her it was my husband’s birthday, and she asked if we wanted the fun “embarrassment” birthday song. We said yes. Later she came back and told me everyone was already sent home and that we “didn’t want just her to sing.” The way she said it felt so dismissive, and she wasn’t apologetic at all. But then minutes later a group of about 10 employees walked right past us and sang happy birthday to another table. That honestly stung.
The food issues didn’t help either. Our mozzarella sticks came out completely cold. They replaced them, but the second batch was wrong and covered in sauce, and it took another 15 minutes to finally get the correct ones. At that point, it felt like nothing was going right.
The server still charged us full price, and only when I talked to the manager did the bill get fixed. He was the only person who seemed to actually care.
We love this place. We’re regulars. We live so close and have had so many good visits. But this birthday dinner felt messy, ignored, and honestly kind of embarrassing. I really hope this was just an off night, because we expect better from a place we’ve supported for years

Great value. As a family of 3 we were able to get out under $40 which is the same as some fast food places. Amber our waitress was attentive and quick to fix an issue with one of our orders. Hadn’t been to chilis in 15 years or so but would return based on this experience. Recommend the dipping trio with chips! The guac and queso were great!

I decided not to dine it but I also didn’t want to place an order online in fear that my food would just be sitting around cold. I went to the restaurant, placed my order and sat right on the bench close by to wait. I waited about 15 minutes and I just knew my food would be hot. I got the triple dipper for the first time and I was so excited for the mozzarella cheese pull. I walked to my car and opened the box. Bit the stick and got NO cheese pull. The food wasnt even hot, it was barely warm. Like how isn’t my food hot and I just got it. I was so annoyed. I got home and reheated everything which was good, thank God. I was able to share with my son as well after eating one slider, one strip and one mozzarella stick I was full. I probably won’t get it again for $18 because I really enjoy cooking my own food.. however, I just kept seeing all the raves about chilis and wanted to try for myself.

My server, David was the definition of fantastic service. He was Friendly and efficient, I saw him pass by maybe 3 or 4 times evrry 5 minutes tending to his other tables, but he never failed to ask of I was doing okay, even with 3 whole drinks and a few plates of food on his hand. Definately reccomend coming here. Atmosphere only gets 4 stars because I Tripped on my way in (my own fault) and one person laughed.
