We had exactly the experience we expected from Chili’s, and that’s a good thing. The food was excellent, served hot, and well prepared. Everything came out in a timely manner, and the quality was consistent with what we’ve come to expect. I always recommend the Southwestern Egg Rolls — they never disappoint and are a must-order. Overall, a solid and enjoyable visit.

I’ve been ordering takeout from here and have had nothing but great experience so far.

Ultimate Smokehouse and Triple Dipper are great value.

Ribs – They are good. They’re not the best ribs ever, but they are actually pretty good and are really tender and it’s been really consistently good so far. And having 3 options to choose from are nice.

Big Mouth Bites – Again, pretty good. Great appetizer.

Southwestern Eggrolls – I like these a lot. They have a really nice flavor and the avocado ranch works really well.

I’ve only done take out, so I haven’t really experienced service, but when I went here to pick up my food the first time, they were nice in showing me where to pick up the food.
And it really helps that they are quick with preparing the food and doesn’t make you wait 20~30 min more than the estimated time.

Highly recommend coming here!

Eating in is a better gamble than curbside or takeout. I generally enjoy the servers here, the last 2 visits I had some really great servers. I’m picky about things like seasoning and cilantro, and my requests were handled perfect!
The bottom 3 photos were my most recent curbside. It was a mess, and clearly cilantro in the middle, over seasoned huge inedible onion blossoms. What a contrast from the first 6 photos, which are from 2 separate on restaurant visits.

Spent all day on the road and haven’t seen a chilis in months. As we remember the chips and salsa were awesome. Got the Cajon chicken pasta and that didn’t disappoint. The wife enjoyed her sliders and kids had chicken strips. Everybody was full and happy. The service was awesome. I want happy we had to use the table computer to check out and I wasn’t able to get a paper receipt.

Chilis is what it is. Don’t expect anymore. Or, you’ll end up w less.

Honestly, I drove by this building at least twice a day for a year and a half before discovering it was even open. It gives the sense of “boarded up” to me. After two years working down the street, I tried it out today. Bummer.

I had a cup of potato soup. Not a bad flavor, but it had a really pasty texture, like the thickener just didn’t have enough time on the stove. Maybe it will be better tomorrow.

The Mushroom Swiss burger was OK. I knew it wouldn’t be great when the server didn’t ask about doneness. I expected Medium then. But, as you can see in the pic, it was the poorly named Well Done. Ugh. If your lawyers demand you over-cook your ground beef, you probably just shouldn’t serve it. Or, at least try to talk us out of it.

The French Fries were cooked properly, but then got doused with cumin – the armpit of household spices.

The iced tea was delicious, and the only reason for a third star.

One of the better Chili’s I’ve been too. Had the Margarita Chicken and it was the best one in any Chili’s I’ve been too. Cooked perfectly and even the presentation was better than most. Bartender was attentive but not invasive.

A Truly Serene Experience with Serenity at Chili’s

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you combine flawless customer service with genuine human kindness (and just a sprinkle of comedic timing), the answer is: Serenity, the waitress at Chili’s, White River Junction.

From the moment she greeted our table, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average chain-restaurant experience. She has that rare ability to make you feel like a guest in her home rather than a customer on a ticket.

But what really sets Serenity apart is her personality. She’s kind without being forced, funny without trying too hard, and professional without losing her humanity. Case in point: in the middle of a perfectly ordinary exchange, she casually used the word “doo-doo” and I had no idea how to respond so I just smiled awkwardly..

Every Chili’s should have a Serenity. Until then, if you’re lucky enough to dine where she works, ask for her section.
