This is our favorite gotto restaurant in middle town. We always sit on the bar side and have great service. It’s convenient that if they get busy.You can pay through their game console on the bar or table without having to wait for your check.

Everyone loved their meals, staff was very nice, clean place.
My kids loved their mac and cheese kid meals!! My son loved the taco’s. Husband loved his steak and shrimp fajita’s.
I ordered the 10oz sirloin w/ avocado, it came with asparagus. It was melt in your mouth!! I had no left overs!!!

Middletown RI chili’s I will never order from again. This is the second time this year I had a problem with the quality of the food I ordered. I ordered a triple play online for pick up 6/9/24. I was at work for the evening and had my Husband grab my dinner before he headed home. I got home after 11 pm. Looking forward to eating my food. Only to being disappointed by the quality of it. I ordered the south western egg rolls (which I’m obsessed with) burger sliders and boneless buffalo tenders. I opened the container and couldn’t believe what I was looking at. Why would the cook and waiter allow it to leave the kitchen and serve to a customer is beyond me!

Traveled all day and finally rested at the hotel on our way to our destination. Chili’s was right there in the parking lot. We decided to have a drink and a good meal. The hostess sat us down immediately. The waitress later came and took our drink order, came back and served our drinks took our food order. Our food was delivered by someone else. Food was delicious, absolutely! Served hot and very appealing. The reason I didn’t give this place a 5 was because after food was served we found it difficult to get another beverage and even had to flag down a different waiter to get served. She may have been busy somewhere else in the restaurant then that would be on Chili’s. The new Halloween margaritas was awesome!! I would return to a Chili’s restaurant again but hope to get a chance to get a more attentive waitress. Thanks Chili’s

This Chili’s is the best I’ve ever been to. Not only is the restaurant incredibly clean and the food great, but the staff is spectacular! The server Diane is phenomenal, not only is she always attentive but she always makes sure we have the absolute best service possible. Eduardo is also fantastic! While dropping off our food, he always makes sure we’re set with everything we need and if there is anything, he delivers it incredibly fast! The service in this restaurant breeds repeat customers, and we will most definitely be returning asap!

Solid choice for a quick, affordable lunch with good choices and consistently good food. Always seated quickly. Its still a large chain so not the greatest atmosphere but always feel I get my money’s worth here.

Me and my wife came through tonight for our weekly date night and once again the place doesn’t disappoint! Between amazing service from our bartender Hannah and great management by Gene its always a great experience. Most of the time we have our usual app the 3 piece fried mozzarella however this time we decided to go with one of their new options which is their Chicken, Bacon, Ranch nachos (minus the bacon and Pico de gallo) and i have to say they were AMAZING!! Highly recommend for anyone who goes to Chili’s and has this available to try it out! Between the tender chicken, the crunchy chips, the warm queso and the shredded cheese it was absolutely delicious! We also got their salmon and fajita duo with shrimp and steak and like always was an amazing meal!
